The Sea Coast Technician was highly skilled, very informative, and friendly. He diagnosed the issue & repaired it immediately. We also appreciate that he urged us to call, anytime day or night, if we noticed the same issue. He explained that it is helpful for them to observe the problem firsthand. Who does that in this day & age? Sea Coast does & we are appreciate it.

SeaCoast had Eric, the technician, at my residence in less than two hours. Eric did a great job diagnosing and repairing the problem. He was efficient and professional. I give Eric and SeaCoast an A+++.

We have depended on Seacoast for all our air conditioning needs for many years. The representatives and workers are courteous, conscientious, dependable and thoughtful.. In the present situation, our air conditioner failed just as we were leaving for a ten day vacation. My husband immediately called the company and scheduled the service for two days after our return. The technicians returned within two days when it was determined one unit needed replacing. They worked all day, despite the rain, cleaned up well after their work, and made certain we had all the info for an FPL rebate. I highly recommend this family company

Great. Signed up for semi-annual maintenance agreement, lowered today's cost 10% and even though it was a Saturday on Memorial day weekend, the total for this service call and the next year's maintenance is $285

Seacoast came same day as call for an AC that was freezing up. System was checked, problem detected and resolution initiated. Seacoast associate checked warranty and found it was in place so there was no charge. The SC Associate was knowledgeable, courteous and explained the issue. We have used Seacoast for many years and because of service like this, will continue to do so.

Roy performed deep diagnostics then showed me results and gave me 3 options. His input was very helpful and I concluded the that the best option for me was the mid-cost one. Roy finished the job and cleaned up like the professional he is. I am very pleased with Seacoast Air.

Jason responded quickly and determined that the part(air handler motor) was defective. Due the cost of this part and age of the A/C, I decided to opt for a new A/C. Jason was very patient and helpful with a recommendation for us to purchase.

This air conditioner was older and we ended purchasing a new unit. We were not surprised as it was old. Gave us a good price for a new unit. We are very pleased with this company. They are very professional and knowledgeable. We trust them. That's more than we can say for the other air people we have had here. We would recommend them highly.

Great experience. Tom was earlier than expected (calling to let me know) and very professional. He explained everything that was going on, what was wrong and what needed to be replaced and why. Although I have not had this sort of work done before, I thought the fees were reasonable. I also appreciated that Seacoast alerted me with text and email that he was coming. Within the email, they show a picture of your serviceman, so you know that who shows up at your door is who he says he is. I think that's a nice touch.

Very well. The technician called ~45 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. He asked if we were ready for him to perform his work. He was on time, asked if we had any concerns with the system and went directly to work. He completed the work in 30-40 minutes and cleaned the work areas to their "as-found" condition. The technician's strong points were: he was courteous and processional, his work habits were good and he returned the work area to its original condition. Will definitely continue to use his company.

Seacoast has been our service provider for many years. While care taking for a snowbird their heat pump started leaking. Sea coast responded within 2 hours and not only fixed the leak but gave us a general assessment to pass on to the owner. For your information, Zack is the best!
