IT WENT EXTREMELY WELL. PROMPT, THOROUGH, COMPETENT SERVICE. REASONABLE PRICE. SEACOAST INSTALLED UNIT ORIGINALLY AND I HAVE HAD THEM ONLY SERVICE UNIT FOR YEARS. HAVE ALWAYS HAD PROMPT, DEPENDABLE, COMPETENT SERVICE. UNIT REQUIRED NEW CAPACITOR FOR COMPRESSOR - OLD ONE BURNED OUT, POSSIBLY DUE TO LIGHTNING STORM.

The technician spent time looking at everything on the air conditioner unit and kept finding things that weren’t working correctly or not working at all He said his goal was to get it running that day but gave prices on everything that needed repaired, but most needed replaced. He got pricing for a new unit and didn’t pressure me in any way whether to replace the parts or buy a new unit. It was clear I’d be money ahead in the long run to get a new unit so I decided which one I wanted and he set up for installation for the next business day!!

Great! Replaced a capacitor that was losing effectiveness. Explained it to me before he replaced it. Prompt, courteous and efficient. Answered my questions. Came back the next day when I called because the AC went out. Came out told us it was a surge and how to fix it if it happens again. No charge and AC has been great.

Appointment was set with a two hour window. Serviceman sent text indicating he is on his way, this was within the first hour of projected arrival time. The service was completed in half an hour, and a written copy of work performed was provided. Serviceman was pleasant, neat and very professional.
