Tom arrived in less than an hour after I called and did an excellent job. All of their staff is consistently courteous, prompt, competent and professional. I trust them and would never consider using anyone else.

First scheduled day was the routine maintenance. Tom came back the next day to do the more extensive (and expensive) cleaning, This required him to dismantle the system, take parts outside and do a thorough cleaning. The next morning, we had a blast of winter come through Florida and I turned on the heat to get the chill out while getting ready for work. (Don't laugh, it was in the 40s outside and about 63 inside; not what I'm used to!) The heat was on for maybe 20-30 minutes. I turned the system off. Two days later, being the weird winter it has been, temps were in the 80s so I turned on the AC. The outside unit did not come on. I checked the circuit breaker to make sure it wasn't tripped, etc. Nothing out of the ordinary. I shut the system down for 15 minutes and turned it back on. Still, the handler came on, but the outside unit did not. Was upset, because I had just forked out more than $500. Being a Friday evening, I wasn't really expecting Seascoast to send anyone out, but Tom came back and was very thorough in looking for the potential problem. Found out it had something to do with the heat system; something I rarely use. Thank you, Tom!

Seacoast was one of 3 a/c companies we contacted. The representative they sent to our house was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He was able to answer all our questions and provided lots of info to help us decide on a course of action. When we used this company to replace our system, this rep was here to make sure all the work went as planned. He also followed up several days after the work was done to make sure we were satisfied. The crew that installed the new system was very professional and knowledgeable.

The estimator for my AC system was very professional, but the price was $2.000 higher than any other bids I received.

The over all experience has been easy, they came and took out the old system, replaced it with the new system, and left my home clean.

They did very well. I would definitely recommend them. We got bids, and their bid was a little bit higher, but they told me about some electrical works that I would have to have done to make cove which the other company did not tell me about. That was very helpful because otherwise I might have done this and then got stuck. They were prompt, helpful, and they cleaned-up after themselves. They were not the cheapest, but along with the price there is a ten-year maintenance contract. If anything goes wrong with it, they would come out for nothing.

I did have my air conditioning people from Sea Coast Air Conditioning come and put protector over my house door compressor. A snake got inside my compressor and it would not run, of course. A 4 foot long snake; so they came and removed the snake and then I had them come in and put a cover it; so it won't happen again. Overall, quality of service offered by Sea Coast Air Conditioning was very good.

We really like them. We were told that in Florida your air conditioner lasts between ten and twelve years. We were using one company that put the air conditioner in and every time we had a problem they came out and fixed it. But then the whole unit went kaput and it had to be replaced. When we investigated in Florida as well as Michigan, we found that the manufacturer, Goodson, was one of the best manufacturers in the United States. This company, Sea Coast, handled Goodson. The whole air conditioner, parts, labors, everything, is guaranteed for ten years. If we have any problems they’ll come out and fix it. They get straight A’s; they were fantastic. We are very happy with them.

They were by far the least expensive for good equiptment. There are two things you need to look at with an air conditioner and one is the make of the unit from the manufacturer and the service of the company who does it with price. I had another local company that I had been going to for 15 years and it was just too good of price not to go to Sea Coast. There quality on their unit is probably the best in the field rite now too. They did there job quickly and responsively.
