Installation was neatly done but I had to call them back to properly set the blower speed. It sounded like a wind tunnel. It comes from the factory set to maximum speed which is appropriate for a 5 Ton system. It was properly set to the correct speed for my 3.5 ton system when the service rep returned. The price was reduced due to the FPL Rebate Program, but the contractor failed to tell me that there was also a $500 rebate offered by Florida City Gas (heating portion of the system is natural gas). I was lucky to get this info from a Florida City Gas Rep who was at my home recently to replace the gas meter. Over three months has passed since the system was installed, so I am not sure if my submission for the rebate will be accepted.

They did a fine job. They felt trustworthy. I felt like we got more for our money going with them over another company we looked into.

Everything went better than expected. The service men were prompt, clean, polite and knowledgeable of their trade. They even returned the next day when the found out they needed to replace a programmable thermostat.

The technician was professional, arrived on time and did what was expected.

Technician did not show as scheduled the day the service was supposed to happen and we postponed to the next day. He was on time the second time around, found the problem with the heater not working properly and fixed it. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Will hire again.

The Sea Coast technicians arrived on time and ready to work. They had fabricated a metal base unit and most of the duct work before arriving to relocate the air handler. I can say with great confidence that Jonathan and John are both highly skilled and conscientious technicians, and produced an outstanding finished product. The job was done expertly despite the fact that they encountered several problems with the removal of the old installation. They overcame these quickly with the skill and knowledge that comes with long experience. I have a top notch installation in my garage thanks to Jonathan and John. I have also found a first class air conditioning company to handle all of my HVAC work in the future. This company has my highest recommendation.

They did an annual routine check up, vacuum out condensate drain line, change filter, electronic check of system, check out of both a/c and heat system and air flow thru duct work. The technician was friendly and informative to my questions, he also had to re-pipe the end piece of the drain line and did so quickly and efficiently. Good job.

Scheduled appointment with John who was very courteous and generally explained their air duct cleaning process. Technician arrived on time and was informative and friendly.

Jim was promptly on time for our scheduled meeting. Gave me a fair proposal which I accepted. Installation was scheduled a week later, however, my freon ran out three days prior to installation. I called SeaCoast and they sent out a tech to get charge me up through the long weekend. A very difficult attic a/h installation was completed in a day. Good clean up.

He is excellent and he's much better. They're efficient and they know what they're doing. Everything has worked fine since I used them. It was all very good. Their price was average. I would use them in the future.

They did a great job. They gave me an estimate and I gave them the job and everything went well. The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also was flexible as far as everything from financing to the fact that they actually are letting us pay $500 in a month instead of getting a loan or whatever. Also, when we told them the other quotes that we got and that there was a little price difference with a couple of them, they dropped the price $400 for us. They were really good people. I would highly recommend them.

Unit was back up and running in under 30 minutes. I had them out on a Saturday and they charged no OT fees or extra weekend charges. The price is a little higher than some companies out there, but you cannot beat their professionalism and knowledge. They sent a very knowledgeable technician who diagnosed the issue very quickly and fixed it in as much time. In my experiences, cheaper companies will send a less experienced tech and charge less, but the tech who knows half as much, spends twice as long figuring it out, and ultimately you will have spent the same amount of money. Overall I am very satisfied with the service and will not hesitate to utilize them again in the future.

Sometime last night, my 5 year old Lennox central A/C system stopped cooling. The " Air handler" worked just fine but the compressor unit wouldn't run. I called Sea Coast at 7:00 AM and explained to them my problem and also told them that my Wife was making my life miserable because of the heat, (we live in Florida and the temp. was already reaching the low eightys and expected to be in the ninetys during the day). Sea Coast had their tech. Erick at my house by 8:30 AM. Erick was able to diagnose and repair the two problems and we had cold A/C again before lunch. Sea Coast was very prompt with there response time and their tech. was very professional. I can highly recommend them for A/C service.

This is a follow up to an earlier review. On the third visit, Sea Coast Air Conditioning exceeded my expectations. The gentleman who came out were nothing short of professional. They completely removed my inside air handler, rebuilt the base of the unit out of sheetmetal, reinstalled the piping, drains, filter unit and leveled my outside unit so now everything looks clean and everything is easily accessable.No leaks, no whisles, no rattles. VERY VERY Happy!

Called because the AC was blowing hot air. Used Sea Coast due to positive reviews. The service tech (Eric) was prompt, diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the condenser fan motor which had died. Did not try to sell me, but did answer a few questions about possible replacement. Since I am a DIYer I'm sure the motor could have been bought and installed cheaper by me, but I was more than willing to pay for his expertise.

The Technician arrived during the designated time and performed the maintenance with excellent work.
