The whole experience was positive from the moment I made the call for service to the moment Zack, the technician, left my house. Zack quickly diagnosed the problem (a connector switch) and replaced it. He then taught me somethings about my A/C unit. I really appreciated his taking the time to give me some advice. I will definitely call Seacoast for any future needs.

It was okay; there was no problems with what they did. It worked out good. Their prices are comparable to what I pay in New York State. I would use them again, but I think there are less expensive options. They're a big company. I did not get into working with any individual, smaller companies. I had a couple after the fact that said hey, you know you could have called us first. The bottom line is, do I have any reason to not use them again? No. I feel secure in recommending them to somebody else, based on that. They were good. They gave me an estimate on some further work which seemed quite high, but like I say, I take into consideration that they're a big company with a lot of overhead. I wouldn't have any hesitation as far as recommending them. They were good; they came, did what they were supposed to do, they were professional, they were on time, and as far as pricing I believe their pricing is comparable to what I would have paid in New York State. So I think everything was good.

I emailed them after purchasing the coupon on Angies List. They were very responsive and we had an appointment set up pretty quickly. They were very nice on the phone. The tech who came out was also very nice and had the preventative maintenance done fairly quickly. We have a new home that was just over 1 year old when they came out. Had never had a problem with the A/C prior to that. 2 weeks after they came out to do the preventative maintenance the A/C stopped working. After doing some research we noticed it was the float switch being tripped because the drain line wasn't draining all of a sudden. Never called this company back out. It could be a coincidence so take it with a grain of salt but when something stops working suddenly just after a tech comes out I find it suspicious and all of my confidence in the company goes away. I called another company out after it continued to not drain for a few weeks (had to keep shop-vaccing it out). The other A/C company who came out said that whoever came out to do the preventative maintenance messed up the outside drain pipe so it wasn't draining. Not sure who to believe but I just can't trust this company any more because it's just too coincidental.

They did a good job. They did duct work too. I think they were a little high. I have only used them for instillation. They haven't been out for any other work. There were 2 people. It took about 7 hours. They left it very clean.

They showed up very quickly! The part they needed was on the truck so it was fixed quickly as well!

The Seacoast installation team was very professional. But, I did not ask Seacoast how long the installation would take. I thought that the installation would take 4 hours - but it took 8 hours - which would not have been a problem except that the free standing a/c unit in my west-facing family room stopped working a few hours after the installation began. The family room is where my dog lives and I was concerned for his health as the room temperature was 90 degrees even with 2 ceiling fans and one box fan. Note: I graded the price at B because my neighbor bought a 3.5 ton 17 seer Carrier six weeks before me for $3800 through Grimes (one gets a FPL rebate for a seer rating above 16). But, I did not feel like shopping around when Seacoast made the temporary fix on that hot Friday afternoon on 12 August and Seacoast had made small repairs to the a/c before and each visit was prompt and technicians were professional. I felt secure arranging with Seacoast to replace the a/c system on Monday 15 August. Also, the neighbor did detect an installation issue with the handler and Grimes had to come out and seal the handler for leaks.

Went perfectly. I couldn't have been happier (other than the expense connected to a new unit). Installation was handled promptly and professionally. As we live in a condo area with a "special" order unit, Sea Coast knows to have some units in stock as the original equipment begins to expire. We would use them again if the need arises.

They came out and diagnosed it. I paid $700 in advance to have it fixed. Then my landlord stepped in and said he would handle it, and Seacoast refunded my $700 back to me, no problems at all. I would use them again.

With getting to the problem and taking care of it, they were clean and efficient. That was what was good.

Excellent! Two other companies came out to "repair" the same problem. One quoted me $625 and another quoted $279 two replace the entire heating element. Seacoast A/C was able to determine it was only the Fuse Links which cost $20 each. Their knowledge and honesty was appreciated.

I called to get a quote on installing a new a/c in a house I just purchased. The person I spoke with was rude and condescending. I was appalled at his attitude and would never recommend this company to anyone.

As I already said, there service and great and my A/C is now cooling great.

I call and make an appointment and they come and do what is needed and I like them.

Technician Roy refused to fix faulty wiring, just put some tape around it and then told me: " You should cut your hair in this climate!" Had to call another company to fix his mess after that. When I called for service, I expected to hire air conditioning professional, not a hair stylist adviser-thank you very much.

Upon calling, a service rep. arrived within a few days. This is a newly purchased condo thus I had no idea of the age or status of the a/c and heating system. The technician was extremely thorough. He inspected the units inside and out and gave me a lot of information. He performed his maintenance routine, asked for my questions and left nothing undone. I was very much impressed with this gentleman. Would I use this company again? Absolutely!

Referred toe by Habitat ReStore staff. I had called a few other contractors but Jim Alden was so professional, helpful and thorough that he impressed me right away. Not at all sales-y, he gave me helpful info and allowed me to make my choice on MY time. They took responsibility for procuring an available rebate, and were super helpful and resourceful. Highly competent and professional!

Everything went smoothly. I had to call them to correct the problem another provider had created until we could get the new system. They didn’t sell the brand that I wanted, so they had to purchase it for me and it took a few days to get it. They cleaned up after themselves and did a nice job.

They are excellent. They know what you are doing. They do not try to upsell to a service program.

Tom from Sea Coast arrived around 3:00 in the afternoon and found the problem with the A/C unit right away. It was a broken capacitor. He was extremely professional, thorough, courteous, well groomed, friendly and knowledgeable. He checked to see if our unit was under warranty (which it was) so the only charge we incurred was the service charge for the visit which was a reasonable fee of $85.00. He didn't try to find any other "issues" that needed to be fixed nor did he try to sell us on anything that we didn't need. He was in and out in less than an hour and my air conditioner was back and working like a champ. We are extremely pleased with the work that he did and we will be using them again. We would Highly Recommend this company to anyone who needs a good air conditioning company.

The gentlemen doing the work were on time and prepared. They covered my floors and items near the work area. They took the time to explain what they would be doing and proceeded to do the work. They were professional, knowledgeable, organized, neat and pleasant and at all times and even taking the time to say hello to my Cocker Maggie. The system is certainly quiet (I did not even hear it come on), appears to be working well, with no problems. The men cleaned up leaving the area clean as when they arrived. Initially thee were some problems when Mr. Langel was made aware of the problems he contacted me immediately with the goal of leaving me a satisfied customer. Leaving a review the day of the install makes it rather difficult so I will update after it has been in use for a few weeks. But so far so good....
