We are committed to providing the highest quality service. Our agronomic and horticultural programs are carefully designed to provide your property with all the components necessary to produce healthy, beautiful lawns, trees and shrubs. Our personalized service, top of the line products and our goal for the highest quality results, keep us a step ahead of the competition. If you are not satisfied with the results of a Royal Green Landscape service, we will provide the necessary additional service at no charge.We also have an ISA certified arborist on our team! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Our apologies that you were not happy with your service program. We serviced that property for many, many years with your father. Any time there was an issue, as with all of our customers, he would contact us so we could address and correct any possible issues with the landscape spraying service. During 2014 we only received one service request that was in May and the issue was related to the mowing service scalping your yard and damaging the turf. Also we applied a granular fertilizer at that time to help the turf recover from the damage at no charge. At the end of 2014 when the service was cancelled, you requested that no one come out because you already hired another service. At Royal Green we are always willing to address and correct any/all of our customer's concerns to the utmost of our abilities given the opportunity. Thank you, David Grim Operations Mgr.

Description of Work: I began a monthly lawn service with them. They came out promptly when they said they would and the technician was very thorough in explaining the issues with my lawn. This was my first service and the improvement due to the deteriorated condition will take several treatments I am sure.

We weren’t happy with them. They didn’t do soil testing or research everything as they should. The treatments didn’t help the lawn at all.

We reviews your account and see you did not contact us in between these services. We wish you would have contacted us to let us know you were unhappy and wanted us to do additional testing. We definitely could have treated any issues you had. We more than willing to help you with your lawn care needs.

We like working with them. We get a notice on the door that they've been here and get an invoice mailed after the work. The yard looks beautiful and they are doing a good job.

They keep the lawn looking beautiful. They are lovely people. We have had some problems with some frogs and he researched how to take care of them.

They are the best we have ever had. They do an outstanding job. They are worth every penny you spend with them but they do have competitive prices. Our grass has never looked better!
Description of Work: They do a grass analysis for your yard. With this they are treating your particular lawn and the problems pertaining directly to your lawn. They do everything that they say they're going to do and even double check to make sure things are done correctly.

I have been using their services for years and I have never had any problems. They have always come when scheduled and they are accommodating. My lawn always looks great. I have only had one problem and they came and fixed it immediately. Their service people are very polite. So many times companies fail to be of service, but that is not the case with Royal Green Landscape.
