Royal Green Landscape & Pest Mgmt., Inc., offers our customers interior and exterior pest control as well as a full fertilization program for their entire landscape, from the lawn to trees, shrubs, ornamentals, citrus and palms. We are committed to providing the highest quality service. Our agronomic and horticultural programs are carefully designed to provide your property with all the components necessary to produce healthy, beautiful lawns, trees and shrubs. Our personalized service, top of the line products and our goal for the highest quality results, keep us a step ahead of the competition. If you are not satisfied with the results of a Royal Green Landscape service, we will provide the necessary additional service at no charge.We also have an ISA certified arborist on our team! Locally owned and operated for 30 years!

Description of Work: Used this firm for a year....lawn looked worse at the end of the term. Owner finally came out after complaining for 11 months. Did soil analysis said that the grass should be thriving....it wasn't!

There are a few items I wold like to address from the review. Our service was used from 11/9/2011 to 11/26/2012. The cost for your program was $412 for the year not $800. Also, the owner came to your home to address the concern of inadequate sprinkler coverage in the front yard and a remedy for no sprinklers in the back yard as watering with a hose does not provide the proper coverage and amount of water that is needed for our program to work properly especially in our area of sunny South Florida. At Royal Green we use all of our feedback, good or bad, to help provide a better experience for our customers. Again, our apologies that you were unhappy with our service and thank you for taking the time for the review. Thank you, David Grim Operations Mgr.

Description of Work: Joey was the original service guy for Royal Green, and he was superb. I had problems with other service guys, one incident where my neighbor lost his whole back and side yard, because a new service guy burnt his entire areas mentioned, and Royal Green owner had to replace all the sod, al because the new service guy used the wrong chemical. A few months later, the same service guy burnt all of the edges of my palm trees, and after he came to visit the site, he said that the burning was normal. I told him I wanted the damage repaired, and that was the end of my horrible relationship with Royal Green. I had to resod all areas. I would hesitate to use this service, unless you can get a written guarantee that the same service guy, always services your account. I now do my own lawn, which is back to a lush green, no thanks to Royal green.
