Rock Solid Decorative Concrete and Garage Systems

My issues are as follows: 1. I contracted with Rock Solid DCGS in September of 2018 to repair and replace the pool deck at my home. The contract included a decorative surface and an additional drain to assist in the wash out potential during storms in south Florida. The deck was replaced however, we have suffered multiple issues with very little communication in return from the company's manager or authorized agent. Problems caused and/or still remaining from this project are listed below: 1. no control joints were cut into the deck, the deck now has approximately 20 cracks straight through the decking material and concrete 2. broken piping during the removal continues to be an issue (we believe) the a/c drain line was broken, no longer drips/drains; a couple pool pump lines were broken, supposedly repaired, the pump no longer runs with the same pressure and expels much more air than prior to the job 3. multiple low spots in the deck remain 4. two separate layers of tile in the interior of the pool were broken during the removal of the deck, these remain broken and potentially harmful to those who enter the pool as they are sharp and cause for concern 5. the drain for the up charge of $2,000 was never completed, and is only a couple pieces of PVC piping, for $2,000 6. they left multiple pieces of equipment and forms still on my property over 6 months later 7. splattered concrete all over our personal property when a clog came to the concrete hose and ruined multiple items 8. damaged property fence.
