The workers had a mishap while removing the insulation. I called the company who responded immediately. Within one hour a restoration company was here. Shortly thereafter Mel was here to reassure me that he would take care of everything. He provided me with his personal contact information and told me to call him anytime, he wanted to be sure everything was fixed to my satisfaction. Mishaps happen the response from this company was incredible. I would definitely HIGHLY recommend this company and would use them again if needed. Give them a try you'll be glad you did.
