Description of Work: I chose Mr. Percy via Angie’s List because he was the most efficient communicator. His responses were prompt, thorough, and extremely helpful while under contract to purchase a home. During the inspection, he and his colleague were wonderful. One conquered the outdoor areas of the property while the other did indoors. They answered any questions I had. The thoroughness of the inspection report exceeded my expectations and helped me in making imperative decisions during the home buying process. On top of that, Mr. Percy and his colleague were friendly, well-spoken and congenial! I’m definitely hiring again when the time comes and I highly recommend this team!

They were wonderful can't ask anything for the better and I recommend them to my friends, they were nice clean and on time. The price is fair, I have no complaint at all, very knowledge polite and courteous and they clean up his mess.

All inspections preformed thoroughly and some recommended additions were made to obtain an A rating that was needed to lower my annual Insurance Policy. I have been in Real Estate for approximately 30 years and, have had extensive experience with inspectors and found Percy and Associates professional, timely and very personable.
