+ 0 moreIt started out great! Got in contact with him, he came over to look at the job, and we got some great ideas. First, we didn't receive the quote when he said we would. Life happens so that could be overlooked. The problems began when we had questions about the quote and wanted to make some changes. Hey bathroom remodels are pricey! After few weeks of trying to contact him, being told he was on vacation, and just non-responsiveness to our emails and phone calls, we've pretty much given up at this point.

+ 0 moreHe was punctual and did what he said he was going to do. He is not the most price effective person, he is mid to high price range for the job he did. He was very efficient and he had the crew there when he said he scheduled them. They did what they were suppose to do. He managed the job from beginning to end very good. He also had a project manager working on this and she was very good. She managed the project very well, got permits, and was very good about updating on the process they were going through. There were some set backs and they were able to work through them and keep what they promised. I would use them again in the future, provided that I have the money.
Description of Work: John Jacobs Construction closed in my back patio into a room.

If there is problem or anything like that, he would not leave it or forget to mention it. There are no secrets or hidden agenda or anything like that. He will tell you things as they are. He is very straightforward.
