+ -1 moreJohn and his co-worker worked in unbearable heat to do an awesome job. They went beyond what they were contracted to do and finished the project in a very timely fashion at a reasonable rate. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Provider replaced rotted T111 boards on my mom's house with new boards and vapor barriers.

Description of Work: This was the second time that we used John DiFrancesco's services. Both occassions were for repair carpentry, once for a ceiling repair of a dormer after water damage and the last time was replacement flooring repair. We cannot recommend him more hightly. He is always prompt and curtious to return calls and schedule work. He was thoughtful to call and confirm his time of arrival which was always punctual. He is thorough, skilled and takes pride in his work. He is always careful to protect other areas from dirt and dust and cleans after. Prices are very fair and reasonable.
