If youâ re looking for 5 star customer service and genuine skill and knowledge, this is the place. Josh, the owner, performed a thorough inspection and submitted a detailed report, including specific areas I was concerned about. But I was stunned when he called me hours after he completed his work. He had returned to the property because it was raining, and he wanted to see and report on how the roof and pool deck handled the downpour. It just doesnâ t get any better!

I was extremely happy with Josh and his services. I had a wind mitigation done. He was very thorough and took several pictures for my Home Policy provider so I could get my home owners discount. Josh did a 4 point and general inspection for a home my wife and I purchased. He was not only extremely professional but presented himself as trustworthy and was very thorough. His background and experience really helped him explain everything he found. After the inspection was over and the process was complete he was still willing to answer any questions we had and was even willing to retake some photos for us so they would be of a better quality or from a better angle.
