Hulett Environmental Svcs-Pest & Termite Control

I had carpenter bees. My former pest control company said they couldn't climb a ladder to spray. I called Hulett and they promptly took care of the problem, recommended maintenance to prevent future problems. I signed them up for ongoing pest control, and I have been using them for nearly 10 years. They come every other month and treat the exterior. Excellent company, very responsive to any issues - if we have any bugs inside, they are here immediately at no additional charge. Fair pricing. I have recommended them to all my neighbors.

It went fine as always. Our service provider, Rick, is the best. Professional to the max and really knows his stuff. Always there if we have a problem.

We have been Hulett customers for 5+ years and have never been disappointed. Today was no exception. We had an infestation of ghost ants and needed an appointment right away. Hulett was able to have a technician on here a Saturday. Even after a scheduling mix up where the technician arrived and we weren't here, the technician was kind enough to come back later in the day to help fix our problem. In our minds, this is the best pest control company out there and service is top notch.

The first treatment cost $125, which was sort of a double treatment; they came and then they came again in ten days. After that it was $65 a month; I just kept it for a couple of months after that. They are very professional and they are not the least expensive but they are real good.

I had a positive experience with Hulett Environmental Services. They made a great effort to follow up to tell me when they were coming out. Any concerns I have they would call back right away and would follow up. They were very responsive and did a good job. They got it under control. They came out and treated ongoing and they guaranteed their services. They had me signed a contract where I paid $65 a month. I had them do that for four months. When I had the house sold, I terminated the services.

They schedule approximately every three months the treatment that omitted and kill all the spiders that were living approximately 30 to 40 feet above the swimming pool area. This is ever a seven. Year.period. R.p.s. I would highly recommend their professional services.

They did a good job. Took awhile but ticks are all gone. Very nice always returned my calls very accomodating when it came to scheduling the spraying.

It went well... They gave a (30) day warranty,,, if the bees returned, they would come back and spray again... In fact, they did have to come back.... and that took care of the nasty critters....

Laura is very professional and detailed in her treatment. Since this was the first treatment she had a lot to do! She took her time and was very detailed in taking care of all of the issues she saw around the house and in the yard. I love that I don't have to call and schedule the next visit, she has it on her calendar and will call me to let me know she is coming!

They have a snotty girl on the phone. I said I had bugs, they said that was normal. I called again I said I had bugs, they came out and were saracastic to me and said it was normal with a big water bug. They said it was normal for them to come out of the drain. The third time I had ants crawling up my arm three times and they were unresponsive when I told them that.

Technician always does a good job in getting rid of the insects.

They kill fire ants and kill them on the spot. They spray in the gutters for bees or insects. They do a great job. The men don't waste time when they are doing their job. They spray our neighbors next door also. They don't bother us if we have company. They just go on about their business and leave. They are professional.

Outstanding customer service, prompt, always calls ahead of time. Mike (our specialist) takes times and listens to my concerns, then applies the appropriate treatment. I have had this company for 6 years and have never had a problem with them. I've had them for my routine pest control, my termite prevention, as well as my fire ant treatment. I plan to stay with them a long time. Also, I want to recognize Mike for his excellent customer service. Thanks Hulett.

They have been to my home twice so far. The first visit he sprayed inside and outside and now he'll only spray inside if I see something. Everything used was non-toxic products for animals as I do have a cat. The technician is very pleasant and knowledgable.

They don’t usually tell you what the schedule is going to be. They treat the outside of the house so they don’t need to come in, but I still would appreciate more notice. Other than that, they do a good job.

I canceled them because there were still fleas. I do not feel like the spray and bombs are working. They were a little expensive. I think they are sincere and with our situation they were just not able to help us. The quality of service was good it was just not effective in our home.
