They required a 50% deposit and on the day scheduled for delivery they called to tell me the fountain they sold me would not work and they were not going to make delivery. They then refused to return my deposit. It took many calls, a personal visit and the intervention of my credit card company yo get a return of my deposit. They were rude, unresponsive and a complete nightmare to deal with.

signed a contract 4/8/2014. Said they would be out in 2 wks. Heard nothing. Answered only when I called them. Told them at the signing that the job needed to be done by May 15 as I would be out of town. Heard nothing. When I called they continued to postpone. Finally said they would be there the 15th. Said they had to be done by then. They came the 14th and 15th (while I was gone) . Left a huge mess, pieces, parts, garbage left all over the yard. Won't let them do the landscaping till Nov when I return. This is why - they obviously can't be unsupervised. They left a huge hole that runs under my walkway (which will collapse when it rains) and still haven't fixed it. The operations manager couldn't "make it" out to see the damage, had no one else come and see damage. was waiting for me to send my picutres! As of today, it is still not fixed and he said he would try to find some one to come look at it. I asked to be let out of the contract for the landscaping still to be done - answer - no. I asked to refund the rest of my deposit - answer - no. I told him I had to hire someone to clean up the mess and I would send him a bill - answer - won't pay it. Owner was nice, professional and knowlegable but will not call me back at all. Have left repeated messages. Refers it to the operations manager. Crappy job, Crappy customer relations

When they were finishing the work on July 28th we asked if the four trees that lined the driveway should be braced and they said it wasn't necessary because of the size of the roots. We were also told that if anything happened they would take care of it. On August 20th one of the foxtail trees lining the driveway fell and damaged the fender of our car. We called and the problems was taken care of the next day but they claimed the damage to the car was our responsibility. On the day the tree was replanted we asked again about the other trees needing bracing and they agreed to do it for a fee. They never returned and never responded to our calls. On August 28th we noticed a second foxtail tree starting to lean and we called for service and they never responded. Since that date we have made numerous calls, stopped at the office and sent a letter in an attempt to get someone to at least look at the tree and address our concerns. As of this date we have had no response.
Description of Work: On May 14th we had GREENWISE plant bushes on the side of house and one pigmy date palm and bushes in the backyard. On July 28th we had them complete the landscape work which included the installation of seven foxtail palm trees, four of which lined the driveway. The landscape work was completed in a very satisfactory manner.

Description of Work: The work done was fine, the real problem lies with contact person you speak to when you call (Nikki).The add said 1/4 acre lots were 60 dollors a month and seniors recieve $10 off that. On my original call the girl said that the price was $70.not $60 then proceeded to say I would pay $60.00 (which did not reflect the what the add offered, when i explained this to her, she said that price was for someone who had a pool ???????????????????????? The men showed up to work after two failed attempts (2 weeks latter) at about 7 PM I told the foreman to forget it I did not want my lawn mowed at night, he appologized and plkeaded for me to give him another chance and that he would mow for $50 . I was latter informed by the girl (Nikki) that he had no right to make me that offer. I asked the young lady to explain the 2 invoices for same month and she told me to ignore one (ignore one) not very professional. Explanation of Bill, same result. This company is very unprofessional and dishonest, I would not recommend them to anyone.

We have been in business since 1996 and have over 150 customers. Our ad does say Monthly Lawn Service "from" 50.00 some restrictions apply. The member did not fall into that category. Upon the customer calling he wanted a exact time we would be there. Due to this is Florida we can not rely on the weather and can not guarantee a time. I gave him a 2 hour window. We showed up right at the end of the 2 hour window and the customer had already mowed the lawn that day. I called the customer to ask why, and he said he didn't think we were going to show up. I explained to him we were in our time frame. Customer said just to come back next week. The next visit we showed up on his day and however, we did have rain that day and that put us behind on time. We still showed up on that day and our foreman did apologize for being late. The customer said it was fine that to go ahead and cut it. The customer was sent two invoices. One for the month of July and a second one for August. I gave him a credit for July but some customers you just can't make happy. Our work speaks for itself and we strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction.

The gentleman who owns the company seems very knowledgeable and he’s a very nice person. The service people are always very friendly and very good.
Description of Work: I use GreenWise Landscape Management. They do a weekly service for us; they were here last week. It costs $75 a month. They cut the grass and trim. In the past they have also put sod in, cleaned up our trees, and mulched. They have cut down unwanted plants and landscaping.
