The only thing that slowed the process was the supply chain issues that started with Covid, and the number of other renovation projects in Vero Beach at the same time. The only Issue I have is that I assumed it would be a Time and Materials job and it was more of a "it would cost a lot to replace it so it costs a lot to repair it" costing. My baths were never upgraded since 2004, and I really wanted the Roman tub removed. This was done expertly, and I have a very modern new both, and an extra closet!
