I am unaware of any call that ever came in from you, nor has our company ever done any work for you, but we work very hard to respond to each and every customer that calls in. On the date listed for work completed, 9/27/14, I was out of town. Each and every call that comes in goes through me and I do not recall any call or message from [Removed name]. In the event that a call came in and I did not receive the message while I was out of town, then I greatly apologize and please know that this is not the the standard practice of our company. We strive to be attentive to each and every customer and/or perspective customer. We have been in business for over 25 years as a family owned and run company and treating our customers with the attention they deserve has been a priority that has helped us to successfully stay in business all of these years. Bud Roberts was very professional, listened closely to my objectives, likes and dislikes and then produced a landscape design for the front of the house taking into consideration my preferences, the amount and direction of sun exposure, the soil and location of the property (on the island). He produced the plans and gave me an estimate for the work. We discussed the selections/design to my satisfaction. His men came promptly to the house, did a fantastic job, took exquisite care in placing each plant, shrub and tree and cleaned up so that everything was better than new. I was thrilled to have had such a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend their services.
Description of Work: They designed and installed new landscaping for the front of my house.
