 + -1 moreInitially the job seemed to go well and there were no leaks. After a few months leaks began to appear in various places and Mr. Chalifoux was extremely non-responsive regarding the 3 year warranty provided. He would provide excuses at great length. I literally spoke with him for hours trying to get work performed. His crew came out a few times and did extremely shoddy and unprofessional repairs, like spraying polyurethane gap sealer along the skylights with no water-repellant coating. The elastomer began to come off in great sheets in many places. We finally grew tired of trying to get satisfaction and brought in another roofer.
Description of Work: Provided an elastomer coating over a large polyurethane-treated roof covering the main house, carport and guest house. Replaced and caulked skylights.

 + -1 moreHe is great. He even offered to video the damage of the roof for me. He was very professional and very clean. He told me the job would be done in 2 or 3 days and when I came back, the job was done!
Description of Work: He replaced my roof with new shingles, put in a vent, and a lot of new wood.
