Description of Work: PER MIANTENANCE CONTACT, THE FIRST OF THREE MAINTENANCE VISITS WAS DONE TODAY . THEY WERE ON TIME, CHECK EVERYRTHING, CHANGED THE OIL AND STEVEN AND RYAN DID IT WITH CHEERFUL PROFESSIONALISM.

Description of Work: My generator did not come on during hurricane Matthew, and I paid for the gold plan. They said they would come out in 2 days, which they did not show but did come 2 days later and said " I finish work in 5 minutes, I wont have time to look at it today, I will put another service call in for you." Still 5 days later, have not heard from anyone. I also had a contract pending on my new home, that I will be finding another company.

Description of Work: The worst company I've ever done business with. I signed a service contract with them and they only time they did anything was on the first visit. They cleaned it up, ran it and said there was a piece missing on the the vent pipe coming out of the top of the generator. I never heard any more about getting the part. I then did some remodeling and was moving the generator and asked if I could put the contract on hold since it would be disconnected during the remodeling and they agreed. After the remodel when gas was reconnected and power reconnected I called them to resume service. I told them at that time the exhaust pipe had disintegrated and needed to be replaced. As bad as it was it was already in bad shape when they had been there before. Over a 4 month period they sent numerous people out, none of which did anything, except for one guy that wiped down the outside of the unit, but did not even have tools to remove bolts or screws. I had to loan him tools and he still couldn't do it. That person called the office and assured me that they were sending the guy that was the "expert" out that week. I made sure I could be present for the appointment. It was not the person I was told would be there and again the guy didn't even know what he was supposed to do when he got there. I called the office, very angry after months of this and the young lady told me that the owner said they would refund my money. That never happened. I have the names of these people but did not feel it appropriate to use them. I would not recommend them to anyone under any circumstance. Horrible, horrible, horrible. I'm also contacting the BB

Description of Work: Replaced water hoses to sinks and came back to replace a bad valve. Very pleased with their service and came when he said they would come. Very professional.

We ended up purchasing a service contract based on the level of their professionalism (as opposed to other companies that were only interested in selling us a new generator rather than telling us that ours was working well and still had plenty of life in it!!)

Description of Work: We used Energized Electric to put in a whole home generator and they did some updating to our electrical system.

Description of Work: My whole house generator stopped working. They came and gave me an estimate of the cost to fix it. I accepted this estimate. They returned and found the problem to be more severe than they expected and had to order a new part. They came back to install the part and still could not get the generator to work. All in all they came back four or five times to try to fix the problem spending over ten hours trying to get it to work. It is a very old unit and there are no specs available for it. We finally decided it was not worth spending any more time on trying to fix it. Initially they only charged me $85.00 for all the work they did. I did not accept their bill as they tried everything to get it to work and spent many hours in frustration trying everything they could think of to do. I ended up giving them $400 to cover their time and efforts as I felt that was only fair.
