Description of Work: Crystal's team did a great job meeting our needs for a high-rate rental. Of course, it was very important that our guests arrive to an immaculately clean unit. I never judge a vendor by only how well they do the task, but how well they do if we have a problem. We did have an issue once with not meeting expectations but Crystal cleared it up and we never had the issue again. In a business environment, that kind of problem-solving and communication is essential so that we could maintain our customer/rental expectations.
