DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They had to be paid immediately when the last paver was laid but I have been trying for 4 months, including daily phone calls to have repairs carried out. Jim did answer one call, this must have been by mistake, but the repairs were noy carried out the following week as he had committed to. Jim has some connection with a company called Cabo Rio, a RV Resort, and I suggest you do not use them either.

Absolutely terrible, we paid for a 40x15 piece to do the area with no seams, and Jim Chalmer installed it in 15 foot wide sections instead of the way he originally advised us, so the seams show terribly and they even reversed one section so the grain in the middle section is exactly backwards from the surrounding pieces. He promised to come back and do the job correctly and has never returned even after several verbal promises to do so and several emails saying he would take care of the problem to our satisfaction. We had previously used him to reseat our driveway pavers and his crew did a good job that is why we chose his company to do the turf. What a terrible job they did and he repeatedly has lied outright saying he would take care of it, and that was back over last Summer 19 and since returning to FL in Nov 19 he has promised many times and never has showed up or contacted me to say he would not honor his word. BEWARE of this !!!!!!

Wonderful! You go into back yard and it looks like you are at a resort. They were always on time and cleaned up every day. He beat out every bodies quote.

They are great! We have used them for several projects for the last 3 years. We haven't had any problems as they are always good with time lines and do they say they are going to do. I would highly recommend them.
