+ 1 moreI have never had such a terrible experience with a company. The manager was very nice the day I bought the fridge, but once I asked for a refund he became very rude. They do not care about their customers. They sold me a defective product. DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. Once you've given them your money, you have no recourse. They also have an F with a the BBB. I made the mistake of not checking with the BBB first.
Description of Work: I purchased a used refrigerator, which was delivered on 8/23. I did not return to my house (I was not moved in yet) until 8/25, when I discovered it not working. I called Appliance Center USA to ask them for a refund and they refused. They said the 90-day warranty only covered repair, not a refund. I argued that they sold me a defective product to begin with. They continued to refuse a refund. A repairman was sent out, and he got the fridge running again. The repairman was very nice and polite; I have no complaints about him. It worked for 4 days and broke again. I again asked for a refund, but so far have been refused. The manager also hung up on me.
