+ -1 moreBrian from Amerigas of Stuart Florida came to my house on schedule the same day I called. I was very impressed with his knowledge. In minutes he had the unit repaired and never said the unit is shot you need a new one as so many have in the past. Thanks Brian for great service.

Description of Work: We used Amerigas for several years to supply propane to our house and duplex... On several occasions when we had a question on the bill or some other question we would go to their office... The people who worked in the office were very nice and tried to take care of our problems but the management was horrible... They would not come out of their office to even speak to us... A couple of years later we had reason to review our bills... While gas was typically delivered every other month, in some years were found billings for several months in a row... We suspected that we were being double billed but again, the management would not come out to speak with us... We then looked for a new supplier and found a local supplier whose prices were a full $1.00 a gallon less than Amerigas... If over pricing and extremely poor customer service is what you are looking for, then this company is for you... Otherwise, check around...

+ 2 moreGreat from start to finish Larry came out and gave us a written proposal. They took care of everything within the same company ie no sub contractors for the tank to go in. All the workers where well trained in what they did.
Description of Work: Buried 250 Gal UG propane tank, Ran 75 ft of underground gas line, Ran line for gas dryer, And sold and installed a Rinnai tankless water heater.
