Description of Work: I purchased the advance promotion from this company and then tried numerous time to set the appointment by email and phone and they never responded to me. I had used them once before and loved the experience and they did an amazing job. That is why I'm reluctant to totally trash them and am hoping they will do the right thing and either refund my money or set my appointment and complete the service.

Description of Work: First call was to ask for a 30 day or more postponement due to large volume of business. I agreed. I never realized this was going to affect my refund opportunity with Angie's. No call after that 30 days. I tried him several times and then came to you for help. Somebody at Angie's got through to him and two days later he called me to make an appointment. He never showed up. Never responded to many, many calls. I tried him at least every day for a week and got no answer. After three months, your customer service rep got me a refund. This kind of vendor hurts your reputation and costs you valuable admin time.

Description of Work: Al is busy and hard to get in touch with, BUT he was worth the wait! Our windows sparkle like they're brand new and they are old. He's professional and though my screens were hard to work with, he somehow found a way to take them out and clean them, the windows inside and out, and he cleaned the tracks! Beautiful job and we hired him to come every 2 months to do outside. Then 2-3 times a year total clean.

Description of Work: Al and his helped presented as scheduled to clean the windows. They got right to work and made short order of the 30 some windows, inside and out. Between the 2-story house and 2 x-large dogs, some workmen would have struggled but not Al's Window Cleaning. Job was completed in about 2 hours and was to perfection. Great job!

He was very professional, wasted no time in getting started, The windows look like there is no glass in them!!! I could never get them to look that wonderful. Would absolutely recommend this service by Al to all!!!

As I wanted additional service to that included in the offer, we made an appointment for him to come to my home and provide an estimate. He never showed up and didn't call or email. I emailed him about an hour after our appointment time, telling him I had to leave for another engagement, and told him I wish he had called or emailed. He wrote the next day asking to set an appointment, never acknowledging the one he missed.
