replacement windows
 + -1 moreThey rebuilt our florida room first and did an excellent job. shortly after it started to leak. they tried to fix it once, That did not work so i fixed it. They replaced all of our windows with hurricane windows. they failed inspection. ( did not use buck boards on jams) instead of removing windows and doing it the right way. They removed the screws then pounded the buck boards in and replaced the screws. The window in the front of my house looks horrible. Three giant holes in the jam when you open the window. Then then completed the job and left. First storm all the windows leaked. They came back and said they forgot to calk them. Next storm the windows leaked again. We were having our house painted at this time and the painter showed use that the windows were not caulked the right way. We paid the painter extra and he recaulked the windows and they have not leaked since. Good bunch of guys but terrible quality.
Description of Work: They replaced all of my windows with impact windows.

 + 3 moreWent very well. Dave estimated everything and priced everything very reasonably. He made sure everything was to our liking and was very kind when we asked for a relocation of one dog door because it interfered with out storm shutter frame. Windows are wonderful and dramatically improved our electric bill and they look great. We liked him so much he's going to pour our concrete slab for our patio shortly. His contractors were great and did a wonderful job.
Description of Work: Replaced all of our windows and sliding glass door, closed in one sliding glass door and replaced with a window, replaced old screen porch with new framing, door and screen, installed dog doors in screen patio and house.

 + -1 moreThe owner Dave came in as schedule to provide me with an estimate, he was very knowledgeable answering my questions before I got a change to ask them. In other words he was ahead of me and knew what I wanted. I was very impressed with him and did not hesitated to give him the job. It took about 3 weeks to get the proper permits. That same week they came to do the forms for the concrete, then a couple of days later they poor the concrete, the very next day the structure came up and was completed on the second day. They did an amazing job, very professional, attention to detail, very friendly, took the time to explain every step of the job. Bottom line is and very please with the job and happy that I went with A Quality Construction.
Description of Work: Form and poor a 12 by 39 patio slab using existing 10 x 15 slab. Build a 12 x 39 screen room with insulated aluminum roof system.

Description of Work: Dave Miller, the owner, presented a proposal for a Florida room that included initial construction on a new concrete slab with an epoxy topping. Work was done in prescribed time frame and was well constructed. Acrylic windows were ordered by A Quality which came in the anticipated time and were installed in the Florida room. They look great and provide the desired amount of ventilation and protection from the elements

 + 4 moreI got what I wanted and I'm satisfied with the quality, timeliness, and professionalism of A Quality. They are good people and I would use them again should I need their services.
Description of Work: Dave Miller Came and gave an estimate for a 22 x 12 screen room with acrylic sliding windows and kick plate. All work was fully explained and within pricing of the job. They arranged for the permitting, plans, and cement slab work.

Description of Work: A Quality Aluminum & Screen people are extending and re-screening my front patio. They added a screened room. Noticed leaks and they tried to fix them but it still leak so I am not satisfied. In the beginning I wanted double doors for an entance and not happy with the single door he provided, when I wanted it changed out he wanted more money for his mistake!!! I will not hire agian on the fact that the customer's vision is not met with the project. He conned me to have it done his way....my house my money how did that happen! Sales person is the same person for contractor so he always made it his way and gave excuse after excuse for why it not my way! Money was not my issue however laziness or being cheap was the contractor's goal. I will have the work redone so that the room is aesthetically pleasing because it is the Front of the house. Guttering provided is very ugly and very noticeable due to the location, I wanted it corrected and wants me to pay for another of his mistake!. No way can I recommend his work if I am not fully pleased with the end results.
