Mario's crew worked diligently do the job in a very thorough and professional manner. Look of the newly painted walls is a welcome change. Their clean up procedure was also commendable.

+ 0 moreMario is the best contractor I have ever engaged and I've been renovating houses and upgrading homes for 40 years. He was extremely cost-effective. The quality of his cabinet painting and his interior painting is "top-drawer". He was totally prepared to meet and he actually exceeded his schedule for completion of the work. He recommended and managed related trades at no (or minimal) additional charge. For example, he brought in excellent cleaning personnel and an HVAC mechanic, He also made perfect recommendations for all color selections, and recommended that at minimal cost, we should upgrade all the light fixtures, Before the job, Mario would call me daily to coordinate with my very tight schedule. I can't say enough good words about him and his team.

They not only had to paint walls of the main rooms, but all closets and all doors. They put everything back together in great shape. Most importantly, the painting job was excellent. Mario even took the time to make sure we selected the best color based on lighting conditions. We would not hesitate to hire Year-Round painting again.

Mario and his staff always worked to make sure that every step of the job was to our complete satisfaction, and most of all, his work is just stunning. Down to the smallest details, everything looks better than new. I would not even consider any other painter henceforth.
Description of Work: We had Year-Round Painting painted our entire house, including the lanai, as well as filling the bolt holes from the old storm shutters. They also repaired cracks in the stucco, and caulked the windows. My house looks absolutely brand new now.

Paint around the window trims was peeled off with a bad taping job from a previous contractor and I was worried about how they'd be able to paint around that and have it not look like an after thought. Mario was wonderful with his explanations and confident that it would look very nice. He was very professional with his evaluation and was in touch with me during the whole painting process. I will definitely recommend him.

+ -1 moreWe just had the interior of our home repainted and we used Year Round Painting. We couldn't be happier with the results. The paint job looks great and really makes the whole house look better. Not only did they paint the ceilings and walls, but they also repainted all the baseboards and touched up any trim that needed touching up. The crew was very professional. They arrived each day at 8am and left by 4pm. They took pictures of the room prior to moving anything, and everything, including pictures and decor, was put back in exactly the same place. I didn't have to remove anything myself. Would definitely recommend Year Round Painting!

They moved and replaced furniture, pictures, blinds, and sheers. My guest room now looks like something out of a magazine. Mario came back the next day to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. + 0 moreWe live out of town. Mario and Scott kept us updated at all times via phone calls, progress pictures and messages posted on the Harmon Homes website. They worked with the utmost integrity and completed the project in the specified time as promised. I would highly recommend Mario Blanco and Scott Harmon for any painting/remodeling job. They delivered more than promised and we couldn't be more grateful!!!!
Description of Work: Complete kitchen remodel and two bathrooms. We also had popcorn ceilings taken down and redone. Ceilings were painted along with all the trim and doors throughout. We had outdoor carpeting removed from the lanai, the pebble floors leveled and tiled, with the lanai getting a fresh paint update. All rooms that were remodeled were painted. This is a small condo where every inch is important. I needed someone who had vision and Mario was that person. He had experience flipping homes and is recently partnered up with Scott Harmon and Harmon Homes. They paid close attention to detail. They used every square inch of my kitchen to provide a workable space moving the existing layout by inches to make the cabinet layout more usable. Kitchen cabinets were installed along with granite counter tops and tiled floors. The outdated 80's light in the kitchen was replaced with trim and rope lighting along with can lights. The bathrooms also received new cabinets as well as a tub being taken out in one bathroom and turned into a shower. The outdated fluorescent lights were replaced with can lights. The tile work done throughout is beautiful. Mario and Scott surprised me with finishes they chose in the kitchen and bathrooms making the spaces more elegant. Ceiling fans were updated and installed throughout. Clean up was always done. Needless to say they treated me as if they were working on a million dollar project. We had interviewed three other contractors before Mario knocked on our door. The others were willing to do the same old replace with no vision but the minute Mario spoke I knew he was different. He called his partner Scott and we had a working plan the next day. Walls came down and conversation about making the space work began. They came in 25% cheaper than our other bids and gave us quality cabinets and work! Integrity was their number one priority.

Mario was prompt to come and give me an estimate and showed up on time the day of the job. Work was completed that day by the time he said it would be done. All was cleaned up. I will use this business for other areas in my house in the near future. He gave me a 10% discount because I told him I found him on Angie's List.

Again Mario and his crew did more than I asked by painting all A/C vents and coming back to patch and paint holes for wall hangings I did not put back up.
