They were very professional and had a very nice staff. The dog piece meal would not be gone off your carpet when they are finished.

I have a two year old beige microfiber sofa and chair that I wanted to have cleaned. This was the first time this furniture had been cleaned. The owner of the business, Jaime Flores came out to clean the furniture. He seemed very professional and knowledgeable. He read the tag on the inside of the sofa and said it was fine to be steam cleaned. It took approximately an hour and he was done. He said the furniture would be dry in two hours. The first thing I noticed was all the lines on the furniture from the steam cleaning. I thought the lines would diminish once it was dry. It took about six hours for the furniture to dry. Once dry, the lines were still there. In addition, the fabric in some areas was very stiff like it may have been over saturated. The worst was the fabric texture had changed. It was very stiff and looked singed or burned in some places. There were also water stains on the arms of the sofa and the cushions of the sofa and chair. I emailed the company photo's of the damages Melissa Flores contacted me back. She apologized and asked if they could come back. I agreed and they came back on July 9, 2014. I showed Jaime the burns and he said he would use a different chemical this time to clean it. He also apologized for not brushing out the lines in the furniture during the first clean. He said some people like having the vacuum lines in their furniture and that's why they left them the first time. He did brush them out after the second clean but it did not get rid of all of the time. Some of the lines are still there. Once the furniture was dry, you could still see and feel the burned/singed fabric on the back of the sofa, the armrest of the sofa and the armrest of the chair. There were also water stains on the arm of the sofa and one of the cushions on the sofa and the cushion on the chair. The fabric on the arm rests for both the sofa and chair was stiff to the touch and discolored. Jaime told me that he was going to refund me $50 of the $99.00 that was paid. I emailed Melissa Flores on July 10, 2014 to let her know that the second clean did not restore the furniture to its condition prior to the first clean. The furniture still had the singed stiff texture and look to the fabric and there still water stains and lines left from the first clean. She asked me to send a copy of the invoice for the furniture so she could submit a claim. I emailed her a copy of the invoice that same day. On July 15, 2014, she emailed me and said she was submitting the claim and the insurance company would be in contact with me in a few weeks. On July 24, 2014, I emailed Melissa to get an update on the insurance claim she submitted. I did not receive a reply to that email. I emailed her on August 1, 2014 which included a demand letter for the damages or I would be forced to file suit. She said she would forward it to her insurance company. I sent the same letter certified mail to the address shown on their invoice. The certified letter was returned unclaimed due to no business was at that location. It was a vacant office. I was assured by this company that they would take care of this. I haven't heard back from the owners or the insurance company. Update: 08/26/2014. I accepted the companies offer to replace the sofa. I appreciate that they did care of this.

Even though it was more than the normal three rooms, they charged me $99. They were able to do it on a very short notice and there were two or three people that came out; they were very professional and did a very good job.

They showed up on time. Always answered my calls. Did a great job. Very polite. I'd highly recommend.

They are very good. They are professional, quick with their work, and the price was fair for what they did. They work hard and make sure they do a good job.

I had purchased a Big Deal from Angie's List to have all of my tile grout cleaned. The once-white tile grout had turned black, becoming quite an eye sore. When Jamie from XTreme Cleaning arrived, he tested one of tile squares to see how well the grout would clean, but he didn't think I was going to be pleased with the result. He was right. The discoloration had gone too far and he didn't want to waste my time and money with ineffectiveness. I was very disappointed, as I had previously priced out having the entirety replaced to the tune of approximately $20k. When Jamie suggested that perhaps I'd like to "color" and then seal the grout, it seemed like a much more desirable solution. He spent time explaininig the process and together we decided on a grey color. He ordered the color, returning a week or so later with his assistant to do the project which required doing each 12" tile squares by hand. He even called in his wife to come assist. All three of them worked for five plus hours to transform my once ugly flooring into a softer-hued expanse. One that I have enjoyed living with ever since. I highly recommend XTreme. Everyone was "XTremely" friendly and professional. They did what they said they would do, all the while assuring me that they only wanted me to be happy with their efforts when the job was finished. I still see the spots on the carpet - stains not removed. Chip on corner of one of the tiles Hose from their equipment left scuff marks on woodwork Pool of dirty water or chemicals left on tile floor by closet

It was okay. I can't think of anything they can improve on. They came out, they assessed the situation, they applied their technology and it came out good. I give them an A but I have to qualify that by saying that I have no experience with any other company or any other such service so it's the first time I've ever had anything like this done. I would give them an A because it was a good job. The price seemed reasonable to me. They called me, they set up an appointment, they came, they asked me what I wanted and I told them and they went and did it. I had no problems. They didn't have to change the appointment and they showed up when they said they would.

The company arrived on time and was completely ready to do the job. Came well prepared and equipment is maintained to the highest standards. Evaluated the floors and gave recommendations. Also tried a few trial areas to see if the work was actually needed. They were extremely professional and courteous in all respects. They were very careful to ensure no damage was caused by the equipment. The quality of the work performed was superb. I would most highly recommend this company to others. They were honest and were not concerned with trying to "up-charge" us by doing additional and/or un-needed work.

Jamie and his team did a really good job on our carpets. They were there on time and were done in just about 1.5 hours. I would highly recommend them!

He arrived on time. We had a coupon which covered 300 sq.ft. I had him look at the floor and told him we would pay for more square feet other than the 300 sq. ft. We did decide to have more square feet cleaned. The result was very satisfying, and we would call him again and recommend him to others.

As stated above the work done was above and beyond my high expectations given it was an Angie's List provider. I plan on using only them for any future work and will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. I want to specifically mention Melissa and her outstanding work and demeanor. She was the epitome of professionalism!!

It was fine. I think they were half an hour late and they did not call. I was the one who called them to ask where they are and they were defensive at that point. I was surprise they did call to say they are on their way. But they did a good job and there was no problem

I was very satisfied with the final outcome. They came when they said and did what they were suppose to do. Would recommend them anytime.

Technician was on time and very professional. Got right down to workand measured the square footage and then showed a sample of what he would do. The speed and the change in color of the grout line was amazing (just like the video on their website).We had an Angies special deal for 300 sq ft and he said what the additional charge would be and it was very reasonable. He moved the furniture and cleaned under them. One area did not clean up as well so he used a different chemical in that area to get it clean. When finished, he sealed all the grout lines to keep them clean longer.

Everything went according to plan and need. The only thing that I thought was interesting was that a month later they dropped their price by $50 for the same service. That being said... I would not hesitate in using them again.

Outstanding; communication before arrival was great; the outcome was more than I expected. I couldn't believe the tile could be so clean. Operator was very professional. Wholeheartedly recommend and will definitely use this company next time!

Did not realize that the offer of tile cleaning for $197.00 only covered 300 sq. ft. Paid an extra $235.00 to have remaining floor tiles cleaned. It would have been better to have this stated in their ad.

My experience was dissatisfying. They miss a large spot on the carpet. I have tried contacting them to see if they would come back out to clean the spot, but they have been unresponsive. However, the cleaning that they did do was okay.

From phone booking to arrival, and throughout service done - totally professional, punctual, knowledgable and friendly. Hours worth of service and we are completely satisfied with how our tile looks.

They did a great job. Cleaned carpet and tile in laundry room and bath. The tile looks like it is new. Were friendly and professional. Really pleased with the job and will definitely use them again. Also pleased with the cost.
