Description of Work: I contacted this individual 8/6 re fixing a printer. Made an arrangement to go to his facility on 8/8. Later that day he called me to make it easier for me by meeting him at another location. He called back later to see where I was -- he had the date wrong (8/7 rather than 8/8). On 8/8 at the appointed time, I was at his facility which was a house (nothing to indentify it as a place of business -- a car outside, but a locked door and no answer to a doorbell summons. A phone call to his cell phone revealed that he was not at his business -- leave a message. I left one, waited at the address another 10 minutes with no response to my telephone message, then left. Still have not heard from him (8/9 evening). Not a particularly reliable person.

Description of Work: I bought a new computer with the technicians help and recommendation. I had my computer files transferred from my old computer to my new computer also, had my printer connected and more.
