The best cleaning service I have ever experienced whether professional or individual. I have had cleaning services in New York, San Francisco and Sacramento. None have equaled the quality of cleaning coupled with the best price anywhere as WRCS. I cannot recommend them highly enough. You will never be disappointed in their work, efficiency, promptness and customer service.

I continue to use WRCS cleaning. Nothing spectacular but I don't have to do it so it's worth it. I do wish it was less expensive or more involved but it is what it is.

Gary and his staff is very responsive for any needs or concerns. Very through every time. If they see a problem they let you know. We use the service for a vacation rental and continually get great feed back on the cleanliness of our home. Highly recommended, and will continue to use their services.

It was decent! They did the job, it wasn?t horrible, but it wasn?t excellent, it was in-between. I know it is hard to get someone who actually speaks English to do house cleaning, so that is not really expected here in Florida. There was a lot of places that were not really cleaned well, was just kind of missed.

I am extremely happy with the services. The lady cleaned our newly purchased town home thoroughly with excruciating attention to detail. I would highly recommend WRCS for cleaning services.

They run not too far from me. They have a gated community and there’s 2 sisters that used to do it themselves and now they’ve expanded and don’t have to do it themselves exactly, they just kind of run things. Rose doesn’t speak an awful lot of English but that’s no problem with me. She is adorable and she’s good. One thing I usually notice about cleaning ladies, they are excellent when they first start and then they kind of let down and lacks but nothing to complain about and she’ll do anything you ask her to.

They’ve done a very good job. There is one person that comes out to do the service and it’s the same person every time. They come out every other week.

I called to get an estimate to clean my house since I had just had surgery. My husband and I usually do it but I was out of commission and he was my caretaker. They responded to my message right away and came over to give me an estimate. I called them first based on the reviews. Van walked through the house room by room telling me what would be done, writing it for herself as well. She explained what they would do and not do. I would provide the cleaning supplies which I don't mind because I rather use what I like-allergies and cross contamination concerns. She gave me a list and also told me how to dilute the vinegar since I wanted to use something more natural. Elizabeth was the assigned cleaning lady who came to do the work. She went over what she would do that day which was what I had covered with Van on our first meeting. She worked diligently and efficiently and did a very good job. I am extremely picky and particular but I have to admit she exceeded my expectations. As I was alone that day and still in some pain, she kept asking me if I needed anything and made sure I was not over exerting myself. She wanted to make sure she had done everything to my liking. She is very astute and pays attention to where things are and how I like things;she only asks once and remembers the next time. She also speaks English. We have decided to continue with their services as we realize how much cleaning the house takes away from our quality time and Elizabeth does a much better job than I do-she knows all the tricks! My kitchen sink has not been this shiny since we replaced it and my bathroom shower was never this clean! It is money well spent!

They did a wonderful job. My husband and I were very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

They told me I had to purchase all the cleaning supplies. In 20 years of having my homes cleaned I have never have had that happen.

It was a pleasure to look at the house when they left and realize everything was clean -- all at the same time. Two women worked steadily and did a great job.

Had my 1st cleaning today by Swany. Wow! Excellent job . Definitely a keeper. She went into every nook and cranny and impressed me with her attention to detail.

It is always terrific! They have worked for us for 8 years now. They are professional, flexible and truly care about their clients. There has never been a time that they haven't been able to accommodate me. I would recommend Wiviane and her team to anyone looking for professional dedicated people that work hard for their clients!

The first time they cleaned, we had 2 cleaning ladies for about 3 1/2 hours - about 7 total hours. They did a fantastic job for $135. The second time they cleaned, we had 1 lady for 2 1/2 hours. The same price ($135) was charged. A 5 bedroom 3 bath house with lanai cannot be cleaned well by one person in 2 1/2 hours.

They were very professional on the phone and in person. I felt the quote was fair. They showed up on time. The quality of the cleaning was good, not excellent. They missed some places I felt should have been included.

hOn the work day the women were punctual and cordial. They cleaned the entire home, tackling all of the accumulated grime. The master bathroom shower had layers of dirt on it. The lady scrubbed it four times, making a huge effort to do the job to the best of her ability. By the time that they left, the house sparkled. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome.

we use this service on a weekly basis when we are down in florida. They are extremely flexible and reliable and I would highly recommend..

Sheila comes 2x/per month. She does the entire house very well. Goes right to work and is very efficient. Reasonably priced.

Owner was very responsive, professional and came out to the house to see what needed to be done and provide cost for services. She was able to book the services needed around my availability. However, on the day of the cleaning, two girls, that did not speak much English arrived for the cleaning. they arrived with just a canister vacumn, rags and a bucket. No cleaning supplies were provided by the company for the cleaning. We were not told that this would be the case, and I was not prepared with the appropriate products for the heaving cleaning needed. I was told I could leave them to do the cleaning and it would be done according to what I had discussed with the owner and to my expectations. When they were finished, I returned to lock up and inspect the cleaning. The kitchen floor was still dirty. I asked if they had washed the floor and they indicated they had. It was very clear that it had not been washed, it was still greasy. The catch pans on the stove were covered with aluminum foil, but had not even been washed. Needless to say, I needed to do additional cleaning after they left.. Job was below average, but I would not use them again.

Everything was cleaned to our expectations. I would definately use them again.

Wiviane did a great job coordinating entry to the condo while I was out of town. Her service was excellent in quality and punctuality. I will continue to use WRCS in the future.

WRCS Cleaning Service were very courteous. They seemed very thorough and they followed up to make sure I was happy with the service they provided. The staff seemed very professional, they came out and gave an estimate. The crew was there and very timely. I was very pleased with them and I would definitely use them again.
