+ -1 moreStill have not gotten the water pump I desperately need. Rather then recieving it so as to fix my problems over the weekend, I have been told it won't come until late on Tuesday !! Some times you're the windshield and sometimes you're the bug.
Description of Work: I ordered a Gould water pump from this company, Thye told me at the time taht it would be a 3 day delivery (via FedEx). FedEx failed to deliver on time as I was told. I don't hold Worldwide Pump responsible but I did think they would like to know of this problem with FedEx. When I called and spoke with the company Owner, I was told, "Well, that isn't our problem. Call FedEx." which I told him I had, but that I thought he would be intereseted in knowing that FedEx's claim of three day delivery was false. The owner became very agrumentative with me for calling him with a problem that was not his. Again, I tried to explain that I was not holding him responsible just imforming hyim of my problems with FedEx shipping. And again he became very argumentative and very defensive. Now I am very sorry that I did buiness with Worldwide Pump. I would think thought they would have had better "customer support".
