We are very dissatisfied with the representation and information this company gave us. The day after we closed the mortgage we found out that this so called sub prime mortgage was not only a variable rate, but the interest rate went up every single month since we had the loan. They conveniently chose to leave this part of the contract out and we felt as though the entire process was rushed and not at all what you would expect with a professional company.
Description of Work: We purchased our 2680 square foot home from them, and they currently carry the mortgage we have. They gave us what they called a sub prime mortgage and this is the first and only mortgage we have with them.
