Wintex installed a shingle roof on my 18 year old roof damaged from hurricane Ian. It looks great and the crew was professional and cleaned up the property after. I also liked how the office kept me informed through the process!

Description of Work: Had roof done. Has soffit issues. Incomplete. Also hired painting of home. Handyman painted the home. Horrible, incomplete job. Home painted in 2 different colors. Windows painted over and not fixed. Shoddy painting. Can see original home color underneath. Areas not painted. Front door and windows are a mess. Garage door is a mess. No prepping done before painting. Sprayed paint everywhere including MY TRUCK!! 4 revisits to correct problems and the problems still exist. What a mess!! Several calls made. No response. The paint job is an embarrassment. Anyone coming to home can see the two different colors and the soffit damage the painters did. The painters always came in at 9 am and promptly departed at 2 pm. “It’s 5 o’clock somewhere”. A bunch of Rebath monkey drunks. I need a professional painting company to correct this mess. I have several videos of the home. I will take legal action against this company. I trusted them because of your site. Shame on you.

Description of Work: Wintek served as a general contractor for Tornado damage repair work on our house. One area that could be improved upon is billing information. It was confusing understanding what was paid and what was still pending from the covered losses.

Description of Work: Wintex Industries Dura-Loc replaced the tile roof on our home. Dave Gustason and his crew did an outstanding job in all respects. Dave and his installers were very professional, polite and did a meticulous job removing all debris related to stripping off our existing roof and installing the new tile roof.

Description of Work: The attempted repairs were made with only a caulking gun and none of the repairs worked. Unfortunately, I think they are using this $99 service to obtain roofing contracts and tell folks how bad their roofs are. But then again what should I expect for $99 even as a discounted service.

Description of Work: Wintex Industries, Dura-Loc, is the company who installed my roof. It was recommended to have my roofer perform the first roof cleaning. The men were extremely professional & very kind & courteous. They did an excellent job. My roof looks brand new again. They will be billing me. I do not know the total at this point. They also cleaned & repaired my neighbors roof. His was a little smaller and his bill came to $ 390.

+ -1 moreHe did all right. I beat him up and then he cried because he said they weren't making any money but they did all right. They had a good bunch of laborers. They were hard workers and didn't monkey around. I couldn't talk to them but they seemed to know what they were doing. They had the best price. They did exactly what I wanted them to do. They had 2 or 3 jobs going at once so it was drawn out a little bit. They did come when they said they were going to come. The guys were good.
Description of Work: I used Dura Loc Roofing Systems for roofing.

+ -1 moreThey came back three times to do the job. The workers were unsupervised, and the job was not done right until the supervisor came to my house. We were suppose to originally spend $700, but they ended-up charging $400 more for the extra times they came-out. In regards to interactions, they were polite, courteous, and responsive. It's difficult to say if we would use them again in the future.
