Wildlife Task force / Robert - Wonderful! I called about 5 a.m. in the morning, desperate because I live in a townhouse community and I thought maybe they might be able to assist, but they only handle bugs, not snakes! I have 2 sweet guinea pigs, so I was very concerned for them. Between 2 and 3 a.m. on 3/1, I discovered a Black Racer behind my dresser. close to 4 feet long - I have never had a snake in my house! I was not able to find anyone that was legit open 24/7 emergency. I didn't know to look up his company, because I have never had this issue, not that I want the issue again, no offense. But he picked up, and I'm so grateful! He was able to get here about 7 a.m., because was very heavy. But he was able to get the snake and I tried to basically barricade him in my bedroom as best I could. He had not been in my house long, was Robert's thought. Nor did the Black Racer seem aware of the girls downstairs and vice versa, thankfully. I have a suspicion though of how he got in, per Robert's theory, and I'm not taking any chances. My HOA company will be hearing from me to put a cover on the roof vents. My intention is to suggest Robert/Wildlife Task Force to do it. :)

Terrific service. We were extremely pleased with promptness, thoroughness and efforts made by this company. A professional job accomplished by a professional owner.

Went well. One critter was caught. Robert sealed all possible entry points and he pointed out (and closed) two eave gaps left by a roofer we used last year for a new roof. Pictures provided by Robert allowed us to have the Dumb Roofer reimburse for some of the cost. Robert returned several times to check traps prior to completing. Been a couple months and no issues. The cost seems a little high but I will admit a lot of work was done.

Great - removed the critters and them remain excluded cleaned up their messes. Made numerous repairs that are really functional and well built as one would want but find out that others take too many short cuts.

Awesome - Rob is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. His work is precise and his methods effective. He is a man of his word and committed to delivering the best in customer service. I recommend him to all neighbors and friends and while I hope not to need his services again, if I do, I wouldn't think of hiring anyone else.

I wouldn't call anyone else for additional work to be done. Robert set traps for several days and took away the critters. Once nothing else entered the traps, he started to close up the entryways the critters had made, which took some time seeing there were several entry points varying from large to small. Robert was able to work even if I was unable to be home. I am by myself with a small child during the day and I never felt threatened or uncomfortable while Robert was on my property (which I can NOT say about other companies). When everything was complete- Robert preformed a bio-cleaning and ensured his work is insured for 5 years. If I hear anything he insisted to call him immediately to assess the situation (thankfully I have not heard ANYTHING!) If you are looking for QUALITY work, use Wilelife Task Force. Don't even bother with other chain companies that send out unqualified (creepy) employees. Seriously.

Robert came out at the appointed time, set traps and started the process for sealing off potential access points for pests into the house. After successfully removing the rat the day after setting the traps, he came back for the next 10 days to monitor the traps, while continuing work on the vulnerable areas in our house. We have no had any further problems since he completed the work earlier this month.

Robert was wonderful. He is a very trust worthy and reliable person. He always called when he was 30 minutes from our home. Please note that while he would estimate a time for his next visit, he warned that it could move for emergencies - (i.e. a rattlesnake in someone's house). He let me know that if something came up, that would push our appointment out - which I totally understood. Personally I was fine with that - a snake in a house ranks higher than rats in the attic:) After all the work was done, my daughter said her room had a bad smell. Robert came out that day and found that a small rat had fallen in between two walls. The rat was dead and he said the rat must have accidentally fell as they tend to stay in the attic with all the yummy bait. Robert did not charge me for this fallen rat visit. Great customer service!

Great job... caught two large armadillos. Helpful suggestions on how to avoid more in the future.

He came into my attic, put up traps, and sealed everything off. He even sanitized everything upstairs. I am very impressed with him,

Robert came out multiple time setting traps and sealing up access points to my attic. I ended having a mother and about a dozen baby opossums up there. He was very professional and thorough and explained everything he had to do in detail. I highly recommend him if you have critter problems.

Robert did a thorough inspection and itemized and priced the entry points that needed closure. Our neighbours (twin villa - shared roof) joined in the program as they actually had a very noticeable, open entry point that needed closure for the overall solution to work. Robert did the work himself with one assistant and closed off all entry points using the proper materials. Poison was left to ensure any rats now trapped in the roof, were eliminated. Activity has stopped.

Robert was very thorough. He was thoughtful too and when he went into my attic to check, he helped bring some of my things previously stored there down the ladder! I had no known pest entry places and I felt much more assured after Robert visited. However, that being said, I felt he would be wonderful and responsible with animals and handling them; that was just my feeling. He suggested I seal some vents on the roof and in the soffit and told me how much they would cost. I have not proceeded with that part yet. I really recommend the Wildlife Task Force.

Robert and his team visited our home several times during the process before removing insulation. The old insulation was removed in one day and the new insulation was added the following day. The crew was very professional and cleaned up all work areas before leaving. Robert always called and gave us notice when his schedule changed or that he was on his way.

We had been hearing scratching in two of our ceilings over the course of a week. We called Wildlife Task Force and Robert returned initial phone message within 2 days and scheduled time for home inspection. Robt. was exceptional! After crawling through our entire (low-roof) attic, he informed us that no rats were found, but definite evidence they have been in & out of the attic. Robt then walked us around the exterior of the house, doing a thorough inspection of roof and foundation, identifying entry points for rodents. Robt then itemized estimates for all costs to include him doing sealing & repairs or just setting the traps and removal of rodents if we wanted to do the repairs ourselves. We elected to have Robt. do all of the work, which he completed over a 2-week period. Although no rats were caught in any of the traps, he caught one outside the garage and disposed of it as well as a rat nest he found in one of the bushes. Robt explained that since he sealed off all of the entry points, the rodent could not get back inside. Robert removed the traps (all empty) and sprayed the entire attic to rid the scent of rodents. This was an optional service and cost quite a bit more than expected, but we chose to have it done to help prevent other rodents from picking up the scent of prior rodents in the attic. Bottom Line? We have had no further problems, no scratching or evidence of rodent activity inside or outside the house since Robert completed the service the week before Thanksgiving. So far - so good. We would (and have already) recommended Wildlife Task Force to others. Apparently, river rats in the attic are a common problem to SW Florida homes.

Nol problems since services performed

The owner provided all services in a respectful, efficient manner. We felt that he went over and above what he stated in the contract to help us curtail our rodent issues on a permanent basis. He is very knowledgeable on the subject of wildlife/pest control. We felt very comfortable allowing him access to the property even when we were not in residence. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns and responded to phone/email correspondence very quickly. I give this company my highest recommendation.

He was wonderful. The cost was more expensive than I expected it to be, but it has turned out to be well worth the money! I have recommended him to our HOA.

He returned about a week later and completed the project. All the areas where rodents and other animals might be able to enter were closed up and/or filled in. He was very professional and worked very fast and was very neat. I would definitely recommend him.

Service was excellent. The owner of the business, who is also the service provider, is very knowledgable and skilled at the services he provides. He was very thorough, explained what he was doing, and was very polite and considerate while working at my home. I would highly recommend Robert of Wildlife Task Force.

Robert showed up when he said he would . He was very pleasant , professional and friendly. He made a complete inspection of the area that I have seen activity of rodents. Then Robert made suggestions on how to keep the rodents out and set two traps for me. I was more than pleased with the service,will call him again if and when needed. I would also recommend Robert's company to friends and family.

I would recommend that anyone with a wildlife problem check around and find out what companies do to get rid of them and keep them from coming back. I believe you will be hard pressed to find a better company than Wildlife Taskforce. Even my cynical husband was amazed at the detail. Our house is buttoned down, tight as a drum. Thanks Robert! I am now your biggest fan!
