Description of Work: I wasn't able to get comparative estimates because nobody seemed to want to do the work which was replacing a pan roof on a lanai Therefore while their cost seems a little high I don't know for sure? The initial job went fairly well except for they didn't cover the carpet and just about ruined it. Then the roof leaked and it took four months back and forth to get fixed.

Description of Work: They did a complete surround at the base of my home covering the open blocks and preventing wildlife from making nests under the house. | |They were accurate, punctual and did not leave a speck of aluminum residue or extra nails or screws laying around. They cleaned up the work site perfectly. Very professional, friendly and would use them again.

Description of Work: Matched damaged siding and corner pieces and replaced all damaged areas. |They did an excellent job finding replacement vinyl siding even although the existing siding is no longer available. The vinyl they used was nearly a perfect match in color. First class service and workmanship. Even came back a day or 2 later to fix a piece of siding that wasn't properly attached.

Description of Work: I enclosed my lanai with acrylic windows. With the windows open there is still plenty of air and when it rains we close the windows and the lanai stays completely dry.
