Nate and his associate came out very late to replace our water heater and did an excellent job. His prices were reasonable and quality was very high. I was thouroughly impressed and I would recommend him to anyone.

He went above and beyond to help me out.

He was prompt. He was very knowledgeable and explained my options clearly to me.

Nate Thornton, the owner, gave us a prompt estimate for replacing two sump pumps and a battery back-up system. His quote was $300 less than another local plumber, and $700 less than one of the large corporate plumping companies. Nate installed the two sump pumps and the battery back-up system in a neat and tidy manner. He explained how the pumps and back-up work, filled out the warranty cards, and carried away the packing materials. Good job for a good price!

On time. Did the work in an expediant manner. Charged $50 to deliver the unit, which i thought was a little strange. Everything else was fine.

Nate was very professional and honest with us regarding our plumbing issues and what it would cost us to fix it. He offers a reasonable and fair rate for the great work that he does. Our water heater needed a special part and he was persistant enough with the vendor and was able to get the part that night and stayed until the problem was fixed. Nate and his partner Mike came late on a Friday evening and spent two hours doing their best to get the job done right. After a thorough and full analysis the problem could not be identified as everything appeared to look in place. I have not experienced any more issues with any leaks around the sink area or pipes, but it is good to know that Thornton Plumbing is available for service upon short notice. Nate was professional, timely and caring. He gives a price that you can't beat! And does a great job cleaning up after himself.
