They were very professional and on time for their appointments, which I love. They didn't try to oversell it. We had a small job and they didn't try to get us to do more. It was a great experience. I am very comfortable. The office staff was great. They hired a contractor to finish up another piece of the job and they were perfect too.

They were professional and knowledgeable. I would consider using them.

After three estimates, we liked West Coast the best and the price seemed fair. The project was delayed owing to the extended Christmas Holidays. Work commenced around the first week of January and although they were running late the date promised, they did arrive about noon and finished in the darkness of night. We were please with the competed project but had some 150+ pavers remaining and a small pile of sand. When Adams (the owner of West Coast Pavers) came for an inspection he mentioned he could only buy pavers at full pallet minimums so he would take them away for free or we could use them on another project in the future and then he mentioned the possibility of helping us complete a small job after checking his and quot;yardand quot; for odds and ends. He never called back. My assumption was that the job was too small and he couldn't be bothered. My wife left countless messages, sent two email, and I called and left a phone message and sent email as well - all to no avail. So, was the project completed and acceptable - yes. Would I recommend West Coast Pavers again, even though Adams seemed a real gentleman in the beggining , no, as quite the opposite was the real truth.

Excellent transaction in every way which included the quality of work and product, the outstanding communications, always arrived when they said they would for the job and they followed-through and finished the job in the amount of time they had quoted. They also came back months later, at no extra charge, to replace a few pavers which had been stained from a rusted hot water heater which had been taken across the walkway. They also returned to remove some pavers for a structure I had built as we'd discussed in the initial quote. I had three estimates and chose West Coast Pavers on price and BBB report. I'm glad I did! My direct contact was Marcello and he was outstanding.

I highly recommend West Coast Pavers. I found everyone involved in the company to be trustworthy, reliable, and thorough. Their work product was excellent and priced well below the competition. We had acquired a house in Cape Coral that had a back yard with an incline of 45 degrees that we needed to cross over to reach our dock. The area with the 45 degree angle was filled with small stones that acted like ball bearings as one tried to make it to the dock. After a glass of wine and almost landing in the canal, I called numerous hardscape contractors to have the mound flattened and covered with pavers. This involved excavating a considerable amount of stones and soil, building a retaining wall and steps for access, and surrounding three palm trees with matching materials. A 260 square feet concrete dock was kept and clad in pavers. We went with the lowest bidder, which was West Coast Pavers. WCP scheduled their work around our schedule. At their office and yard they have an extensive layout of options for installations of pavers and retaining walls to choose from. Daisy in the office had patience with us while we reviewed all the different materials, shapes and patterns that were on display. Marcelo dropped off samples numerous times at our house and advised how to retain existing structures and blend them into the new design. Marco, the foreman for the installation, was introduced to us, and discussed every decision to be made with us. Edsin, who designed the installation, came up with a design far better than what we had in mind and what had been recommended by two design firms. The design balanced what we kept of the dock and added interest by not simply mirroring the existing structure. All the work was meticulously and artfully done. Clean-up work was started immediately upon completion of the installation. Despite working under a scorching sun in 100 degree heat, the whole crew was amiable at all times. As a result of this highly satisfactory experience, we now plan to use West Coast Pavers to do our driveway.
