We purchased a house in Fort Myers Florida and needed to replace the carpet before we moved in furniture. We had an estimate from a retail store and wanted another quote. We found WAC Tile and Marble through a paver installer at a local farmers market. We checked out referrals of customers (all enthusiastically positive) and decided to use their services. We couldn't be happier. Sandra and Natalia were exemplary in explaining the work, directing us to dealers for sample tiles, locating and securing the tiles once we had chosen one. The pricing was competitive, lower than the dealer price we had, and Sandra and Natalia showed real knowledge in the nuances of the application. The difference I think is that they are directly involved with the installation rather than calculating square feet and subcontracting the work. The job took several days and either Sandra or Natalia were there at least once a day to see the work in progress and answer any questions. As to follow up, WAC Tile and Marble confirmed the positive feedback from referrals. After the work was done, we noticed a mark on one of the tiles in the center of the living room. It was from a pail left overnight by one of the crew. We suspect that a cleaning agent had marred the tile after such a long exposure. It wouldn't wipe away. We called WAC Tile and they came out without hesitation, fixed the problem, and, told us to please call if we had any other problems.
