horrible. On the day that I signed after getting Sanders to perform an inspection the ceiling in one room collapsed because of the faulty roof. On the inspection they said the roof was in average condition. That certainly does not seem average. When another roofer went on the roof the damage to the singles and the roof was obvious. The inspector that went out took pictures of only the non damaged areas of roof. When called on the faulty inspection they patched the one section of roof that made the house inhabitable but were rude, insulting, uncaring and unconcerned that there remained other sections that were in serious disrepair. They were aggressive in their belief that it was not their problem that it was mine. The inspector missed an air conditioning unit that failed two weeks later, a fuse box that had bad wiring, duct work that was in bad shape, caulking that was sub par, a shower that did not work properly. All in all I think they simply went out took pictures and said it was good to go just to get their 300.00. This company is for sure a buyer beware company.
