 + 0 moreBeautifully. They answered phone on Friday, would have come that afternoon, but not convenient for us. Set up appointment for following Monday, arrived on time, diagnosed problem, needed to leave to buy parts not on truck, returned quickly and had finished job in 2 or 3 hours. Price was agreeable. Within a day or two, they sent a "Paid" bill showing service performed.
Description of Work: Replaced faulty, corroded pipes, joints on hot water heater.

 + -1 moreJose is who always come out. He's really nice and always does a good job. He cleans up everything when he's finished. He's a neat young man. I've referred Van Franey to my parents because they do such excellent work. The price listed is for the replacement of the two toilets.
Description of Work: They've been here like 3 times. He fixed a cracked faucet, the pipe was PVC which he replaced. I called them and had them replace two toilets for me. A week or so after this, my hot water heater went out so they replaced that.

 + -1 moreI called Mr.Franeys plumbing and he took down all of my information and he had a plumber at the house that same day. His worker was very polite and efficient. He installed a new lavatory faucet to replace the old one and then went to work on the dripping tub faucets. When the work was complete he cleaned up after himself, explained what work he had done and demonstrated the new faucet. Polite courteous, honest and a fair price.
