+ -1 moreGreat when done. About a year later base rock settled in front of garage do to poor quality of work. Made contractor aware, however I was told this happens and would be happy to repair at $65 per hour. As a result of sub par work, offering no warranty I cannot recommend this company. + 1 moreWe solicited proposals from 3 contractors. Bids were close, selected Tuscan after extensively discussing the job with their owner Terry (he also visited the site and prepared the proposal). This is a high quality local contractor, very professional. Every aspect of the job was completed in a quality way, on time, no surprises. Supervision and workmen were skilled and hard working. The results are a huge improvement - exceeded our expectations. Clean up was thorough. I have no association with Tuscan other that as a very satisfied customer.
Description of Work: Resurfaced pool deck and lanai. Removed old river rock surface where it was loose and sand set about 1050 sq ft of new pavers flush with existing pool coping. Edge was mud set. Installed new drain.

+ -1 moreI had trouble with calling them back for a dozen times, he never returned my calls, I happen to catch him once, and he assured me he'd get back to me, there would be nothing to fix and he's never done a thing about it. The owner of the company is Terry Paul, I'm very unsatisfied with him and he has never contacted me or came back to take care of my driveway.
Description of Work: They did the service two years ago.
