Ricky has been doing check-ups on our AC system for many years, it was over 14 years old when it finally gave up. He started years ago as a enthusiastic young man and he grew into an enthusiastic professional. And by professional I mean professional in every way possible. Our old unit gave out on a warm Sunday evening, He answered his phone and was here on Monday morning (This is not to say he will always be available on Sunday, but you get the idea). He had other jobs booked for the week and only had Tuesday open for our A/C, we were both going to be at work and our indoor dog was a concern. End of story, he was able to work around our dog issue (again, don't depend on this kind of option, we were just lucky it worked out) and I'm comfy with a new AC just 48 hours after old one died. I look forward to many years of doing business with Tri-County and Ricky, hope you give him a try, he has always gone above and beyond. There is a reason he is proud of his work.
