This property is a rental property and they told us we needed a filter. My husband went there cleaned the filter and saw that it was in good condition. He didn’t reply to their email. Few weeks later the heater didn’t work. They went there vans said it was a clogged pipe but the filter needed to be changed. My husband reluctantly agreed to this. My husband’s credit card company called and inquired about a charge from Florida since the zip was still NJ where we moved from. My husband ok’d the charge. Today a week later we were at the house and saw the pool was cloudy, I also saw the check salt light was on and check cell light. The old filter was resting against the heater. Before my husband could call they pulled up. The technician told my husband he was there to put the old filter back in... there was no filter in the pool system. When the owner called us he started screaming saying our credit card didn’t work. When I questioned why he was charging us for something that wasn’t done. He told me the filter takes weeks to come in...??? Obviously this isn’t true. We accused them of scamming us, which was obviously to us. They wouldn’t let us talk on the phone and screamed at us that we were FIRED from their service. Lol We caught them lying and they didn’t like it. Btw the pool had excessive salt because they weren’t checking the water at all just adding things... total scam artists

It has not gone well overall. This has been an ongoing issue, not just on one date but the requirements of submitting this electronic comment requires a date.
Description of Work: My issue is ongoing. I switched to Tri-City in approximately March of 2012 because of dissatisfaction with my former company. I am seasonal in Fort Myers so I need to know the status of my pool maintenance while in Ohio. Their advertising says that they will send the customer an email with services performed and a picture after each weekly visit which was of great interest to me for when I am in Ohio. This feature is a key reason why I selected Tri-City along with their longevity in the area which would imply their customers must be generally satisfied even though, in my view, their monthly fee, $99.00, borders on outrageous compared to other pool services. I only receive the email and picture when I complain and then only twice even though I have complained many times. Also, per my home watch person, there is no evidence of any written notes left by the technician so I don't really know if my pool is being serviced or not. Since I have not been able to get any satisfaction by calling the company on numerous occasions, I thought perhaps a negative comment to Angie's List might get their attention. If someone could give me a pool service referral that they can highly recommend, I would gladly change.
