The Water Heater Guy / Drain Cleaning

Good! It was straightforward and he did a nice job.

The owner and installer were friendly and courteous. They were able to get me in the same day and were on time. The issue I am having is that once the water heater was installed, I lost quite a bit of water pressure in the kitchen faucet. I called back and the owner was more than willing to send someone out. When he did come, he tried to clear the sprayer/nozzle combo. That didn't work. He said I would have to make an appt. and they would have to charge me to take it apart. I called Delta and they are sending a different part that they think is the problem. I will not pay them to come out and profit from an issue that was caused when the water heater was replaced. Also, the temp on the water heater was set so low that we had only luke warm water when turned all the way on hot.

They came fast.

2 guys came on time and installed new Rheem water heater . good price good service .

Additional work installing water softner was over the technician's skill level had to get city water department to turn the water back on

Owner called late afternoon and said could be out morning of next day. Service was prompt. The two installers changed out the toilets in a timely manner, were careful and left bathrooms in good condition. I was very pleased with the quickness of response and quality of product and work for the price. I feel I got grant value at ever level.

Very good and professional guys. Reasonable price. They did not respond promptly to calls- that's my only quibble. I'll use them again.

Evidently the folks who lived in our house before us felt you should dump grease and tobacco down the kitchen sink and had been doing it for 30 years. These young men worked for several hours trying to clear the blockage, being partly successful. I thought they had the drain clear but they explained it was still backing up, that the clog was just further down the drain so took longer to notice that it wasn't draining correctly. We made plans for him to come back the next morning with his machine that would knock out the clog. They arrived first thing the next morning and got to work. He used a camera in the pipe and found a huge clog in the larger pipe the other pipes in our home lead to. It was a bear but they worked on it until it was clear. I believe that many other workers would have given up and had us just replace the pipe (at a much higher cost to us) but his perseverance saved us many dollars. We'll be using him in the future to replace the toilets and a couple of other jobs. Honest, thorough and friendly. Fair price too!

Very well, was mannerly and efficient as well as knowledgeable.

The BAD 1, They spilled water onto the floors around all the toilets and in the garage at the Hot water tank and made no clean uo attempts. 2 They opened my outside hose line to drain the pipes and NEVER turned it off. I found the hose running 4 hours later. 3. They turned off the breaker for the Hot water heater and never turn it back on. After a day and a half of cold showers, I called them and they stated they would come out and check it. I turned the breaker back on myself. (I should have thought to check it earlier) 4. Partly my fault that they failed to realize that the actual problem with the toilets was the water pressure. Their work, new pipes ect. and my $183 for unneeded repairs. The GOOD 1. Due to the blockage concerns I was happy that they used a shop vac to suck the water from the pipes. 2. They didn't charge me for the Hot water tank (they were unable to drain) after they ran into a problem when trying to drain the Hot water tank and found that I had a water pressure problem. 3. They were prompt and courteous.

went well, came on time and finished as expected. probably better for larger plumbing jobs. including water heater installation will call him when I need a new water heater, toilet tuneup was really a good price for a plumber , but essentially an opportunity for this firm to introduce itself.

while on job ask plumber to unclog my bathtub and my kitchen sink , they got that done in a second .

water was coming from bottom of heater .. id used this plumber before soo i called again and they send somebody to replace it .

call to get pipes unclog , they came same day , on time .

I called Miguel and he was literally at my house 10-15 minutes later! He's a hard worker and knows what he's doing.

Miguel was very professional,prompt,courteous,and got the job done!!

Called plumber around 9am , made an appointment for 1 pm .. they came and fix my toilet .. good price .

The work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. I would use the company again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

i called this morning and they showed up an hour later , replaced the heater and charged me what they quote me .

I contacted him. He asked when I wanted it complete. Since it was going into a home that I have for investment purposes (vacant), I told him anytime in the next couple days. It was about 6:30PM. He asked me if I could be at the property at 7:30 and I said sure if you want me to be. He then said that he would see me then. I laughed and said- he didn't have to come that night. He was there at 7:30PM and was ready to go. He had the tools and the new water heater. He isolated the old heater, hooked a pump to it and had it empty in 10 minutes. He swapped it out in about 20 minutes then filled out the paperwork and was ready to leave. HE takes only Cash or Credit ( No Checks)... but that was fine with me. Once the paperwork was complete he checked the water heater was actually heating with a local faucet. At about 8:10 he was on his way and I went back to my own home for the evening, satisfied that he did a great job. IN SHORT; he gave me the kind of service we all hope for... he installed the unit, and did it when I could support his being there... He was very courteous to me every minute he was there. I would recommend his service to my own mom.
