Scott is incredibly thorough, responsive, and very friendly. He promptly responded to a request we sent through Home Advisor and explained in detail what the inspection would entail. He thoroughly inspected our home and sent us a very detailed report. Scott also answered any questions we had about his findings. He was kind and patient throughout the whole process.

Scott scheduled my home inspection within a reasonable time frame, but well in advance of closing. Arrived early and had already started by the time I got there. Very efficient and thorough during each step of the process. Explained all the steps as he made his way around the home; both inside and out. I received my report within 24 hours and was extremely happy with the amount of detail contained within the report. He will also provide you with a separate report at the end that reiterated the problem areas that need to come to the attention of the builder during the final “punch list” walk thru. I already plan on using Scott and his company for my 11th Month Warranty walk thru when the time comes next October 2018. Scott Steffens took the time to listen to my concerns about the house I wanted to purchase. In particular I had a large deep hole in the back yard. My worst fear was that I was buying a house that had a developing sink hole! He tested my water pressure, checked out if there were any leaks or problems and even dug around the hole to see what the problem was. He found a palm tree stump that had never been removed during construction! Due to his due diligence and expertise I can now proceed with my home purchase without worry. This is a home inspector that goes above and beyond what is needed to inspect your home. I highly recommend him.
