Tara's Cleaning

I have used several house cleaning services in the past few years, including two national franchises. Tara's cleaning FAR exceeds any service I have ever used. They are amazingly thorough and efficient.

It was a 3000 sq ft house. The job went very well. They were very friendly.

I was extremely pleased with the work that I contracted Tara's Cleaning to do. Tara and her husband arrived at my home promptly at the scheduled appointment. I found them both to be professional, courteous and well groomed. Tara explained to me in detail exactly what the job would entail and began working immediately. There was only one issue that arose through no fault of anyone and that was one the hoses broke so a new one had to purchased. Tara and her husband left to purchase the new hose and returned within a short amuont of time to continue the job. I was not charged for the time that was needed to go and purchase the hose. I would definitely recommend using Tara's Cleaning and would definitely use them in the future.

WAS NOT HERE THE 1ST DAY GAVE THEM THE LOCK BOX CODE TO GET IN THE HOUSE. THE 2ND DAY THINGS WENT FINE, DID PRESSURE WASHING TOOK MOST OF THE DAY, HAD ALOT TO DO. WENT WELL. I CANNNOT TELL IF THE GUTTERS ARE CLEARED OF PINE NEEDLES AS I CANNOT GET UP ON THE ROOF, BUT THEY APPEAR TO BE. THE OVER HANGS ARE NOW CLEAN, THE POOL AND SCREEN CAGE LOOK GREAT FROM WHAT IT DID. 3RD DAY THEY DID WINDOWS OUTSIDE, THEY ARE MUCH CLEANER THAN THEY WERE. HAD TO USE RAZOR BLADES TO SCRAPES CRAP OFF WINDOWS. I DO NOT THINK THE PREVIOS HOMEOWNER CLEANED THE HOUSE IN THE PAST 6 YEARS. IF HE DID IT WAS NOT MUCH !!

I will not be using them again. I spent far too much with them. They came out 2 times. They lied about the price. She gave me a price of $100 the next time she came out. She brought people with her to move furniture and she charged per person and that was not the agreement we had. It was a very bad situation and I was very upset. I paid her but she did not complete the job. She left early to go see her grandmother who was in the hospital. I did not know that she was not going to stay the entire day to begin with. The first time I paid over $400 and she charged me $300 for 3 hours the second time and did not complete the job. She left all our boxes and furniture on the sun deck on the second floor and it rained and it got ruined. It was stuff that we couldn't move. I am absolutely livid. The first time they came they stayed the whole time and they did a lot of work, including pressure washing. She did not do the things I asked her to do. She did what she wanted to do which was a problem because we are all disabled here and there are things that we cannot do. She kept complaining about how far we lived and she said that she would have to book me when she was in the area. I told her that we were regulars for her and not seasonal. The pressure washing they did was wonderful. The price would have been fine if they had not changed the price when they left. She can't clean and didn't do the things I asked her to do, such as the vacuuming. Her guys did a very good job but she didn't. She takes forever to respond. She said she would be here between 9-10 am and she was usually punctual.

Tara brought her 2 man team ad was 20 minutes late but called to make sure it was OK. They worked hard, were kind, respectful and worth every penny and we will be expecting them back Friday and on a regular basis. We would be lost without them.

Let me start by first stating that after more than 8 years of having Tara's Cleaning come to us and perform both office cleaning duties as well as house cleaning duties, I would have to say that it is not often anyone can find the kind of professionalism, kindness and attention to detail that we have had the pleasure of experiencing with this Company. We have been fully satisfied with the work as well as the outgoing attitude of all of their staff. I would highly recommend Tara's Cleaning over and over again. In a word,they are terrific!
