Description of Work: I called twice mid morning in the middle of the week asking for a price of a Vera Wood (Bulnesia arborea) tree installed. Baba 1 of 2 landscaping companies that even offered to call the east coast to get a price for the tree because they don't have them on the west coast. He never returned my calls.

+ 2 moreIf you are lucky enough to have an appointment with Jay (Kay?) who, according to the lady I spoke to on the phone, is very busy and only does 2 quotes per day, do not get your hopes up. No one showed up at the date/time arranged (one week wait to get an appointment by the way) and no one called to inform of any delay or issues although I specifically requested for that. I guess their time is more precious than mine. Do not waste yours, there are plenty of other companies looking for work in Fort Myers.
Description of Work: Requested a quote to replant part of our yard after a pepper tree removal. Estimated budget below 5k.

Description of Work: they came out looked us over gave me a est. which was way out of line, they said they would be back the first of the next week. NEVER CAME BACK..... Would not use or call again.....

Description of Work: We lost a bismarck palm & needed to replace it. We actually stopped by Sunman's Nursery after researching on Angie's List. Everyone was friendly and helpful Good selection of trees and plants. Jay came to our home exactly when he said he would to give us ideas of what to plant and an estimate of the cost. The consultation was free of charge. (Some are not.) The workers, who also showed up when they said they would, were friendly and professional. Did their work and were very considerate of the rest of our yard as they planted and mulched. The cost was exactly what was estimated, which was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again in the future.

+ 0 moreWe have used SunMan 4 times over the course of two years. Jay and Abbey are wonderful. The come out when they say they will. They are neat and clean, and their staff are really hard working. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Description of Work: They did the landscaping for me. They put stones all around the house, planted some shrubs and also planted couple of fruit trees.

+ -1 moreWe went to Sunman Nursery the next day and walked around with Ron. We discussed our needs. Chose plants & gave Ron a drawing of our yard. I made 3 attempts after that to call Jay. I even spoke with Ron. No call back, no estimate, no work was done. We moved on.
Description of Work: Estimate. ($1200.) Jay came out to the house and looked at our yard. He said that we needed to go to Sunman Nursery and meet with the master gardener Ron. Said we needed to walk around and make selections of plants. Jay said he would give estimate after going to the nursery.
