Sunflower Cleaning

Started out great then things got weird ... she was out of state then out of country then had visa problem I guess then had health issues then out of country for wedding then health issues weird... kept sending over someone else .. they broke few things denied if ... took gorges out of walls several rooms helper was a bull in china closet .. said they would fix never did ..her ad on angles list said the third cleaning was free would not honor it said angles list were liars told them not to put in it but they did any way .... suppose to supply there own supplies but we ended up buying them and they would go with them to other jobs then we would buy again needless to say they would use three roll of our paper towels each time here .. work kept getting worse and worse . Dashboard not getting done things on counters not moved wiped around floors not topped swept. Only .. scrub brushes brooms mop Swiffer we owned came up missing .... we have two story thirty five hundred sq ft home at first it took them four to six hours to clean now they in and out two hours . Can't be done .. tops of fridge trophy areas not touched in. Months even though they say they did dust is thick splash boards around kitchen wet area tops thick with dust ..ceiling fans not cleaned in months ... refused to pay for last service hired another company from angieslist who could not believe they were here two days ago can't wait for Maria to start ... katia the owner of this company threatened to bring her boy friend over to harm my family if I don't pay told me I was bad biz man .. however I too have two biz on angieslist that are both a plus rated and are super service provider winners .. not sure what happened to katia she was really good but my guess is the way she is acting she went through a divorce has a boy friend the way she disappears sounds like a drug problem ... BTW I challenged her to come see the work two days later ... her words were well you have kids it will be mess now lol two days later and the dust is quarter inch thick from kids....... do not use this company you will be cheated .. BTW she claims. She does not need a license talked to city of cape coral today Ny ibid in cape coral not only needs license they also need county license ... therefore she is not even legal ..... They did a good job at the start, but recently I have found out that they stole 5 of my micro cleaning cloths and left dirty old rags behind.

She is absolutely amazing! We've been through several bad housecleaners over the past few months, but Katia is great. She follows through on all appointments and is very detail oriented when cleaning.

I have used Katia 4 times since I found her on Angie's List. The first time she came with her husband and I was very surprised because her info on Angie's List did not mention him. He also came the next time. I called her and asked her to come alone from then on. I have a 3 bedroom house now and it really does not require 2 people to clean. One of the bedrooms has no furniture and is very small .The last time she was here she was accepting personal calls on her cell phone and did not perform the quality of work that she had done before. She spent only 2 1/2 hours and told me she was finished. I paid her the $80.00, but certainly cannot justify paying that amount of money for such a short time. It was at this point that I decided to find someone else. I don't feel that I ask a lot, but I do expect that I will receive more than 2 1/2 hours of cleaning.
