This company is the very best ever. Built a new house in Port Charlotte and of all the contractors we had at the house this company stood out and was the very best. Customer service awesome, knowledge so good and very helpful in other ways besides just the shutters. But more than anything was our sales person Bob Virgin and he is the best have ever seen in a sales man. He was more than a sales person but a helpful person also and so nice. He helped with many things as we live 3000 miles away when our house was being built. He went out of his way many times and can't say how great he was as a person and a consult. He makes this company go from an A+ to an A++++++++++. Doesn't get any better and the shutters are so nice and so well done there fabulous. Price was right in line with the others and cheaper than a few but the quality is outstanding!! Love the shutters and this company. Thanks Bob and Storm Smart!!

Very well. Right on time, crew very good, did everything they said they would.

Our work,began on 8/7/ 2015 and was completed on 8/9. Patrick was our shutter installer and he and his helper were efficient, polite and meticulous in clean up. All 8 installations were completed and work perfectly. Patrick explained how to use the remotes and the operation of the units. We are very happy with this team and the products. We also had one hurricane window installed in a bathroom. A tiled wall surrounding the window made using a shutter unwise so we opted for hurricane glass here. Installation went flawlessly and the installer was first rate, polite and efficient. The electricians who wired the motors were also first rate and everything works as intended. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for great service and products at competitive prices. This was our second positive experience with this company.

Robb was very nice, professional and on time. We chose another install option as we had a strict budget we were working from.

We got estimates from 3 different companies. One was $12,000 for our job. The other 2 including Storm Smart were similar. We choice Storm Smart because of the professionalism and thoroughness of the salesperson Frank Manor as well of the staff in the showroom. Sarahi and Becky in customer service was very courteous and knowledgeable. The installation date was right on time. The installers Dale & Lonnie did a great job and were very personable. They were neat and cleaned up everything. The entire company has great follow-through. It is evident that this company takes pride in customer service.

Storm Smart was professional and responsive throughout the entire process from the initial visit and quote through the final inspection and provision of insurance certificate and documents. John, the territory manager, came out and showed me the products and features. He quoted the job four ways so that I could pick the combination of price and options that worked best for me. He kept in contact until I decided to go ahead with the job, at which point I signed the contract. The installation depended upon the work that another contractor was doing, and that contractor was far behind schedule. The office staff at Storm Smart did a great job of keeping in touch with me and the progress of that job so that I could be scheduled as soon as possible. The installer called me at work to update me on his progress during the job. Storm Smart sends out their own inspector to check the job before the county inspector comes out. He found a few minor items and they were addressed the following day. The screens are a great addition to my lanai. It is like having an extra room because I can roll the screens down fully or partially as needed to screen out the sun, wind, or rain. The motors operate very smoothly and quietly via a remote control. Storm Smart made the process easy from beginning to end. I highly recommend them!

Start to finish they are very professional & courteous. The project was completed on time & at the agreed price. They returned to explain the operation & how to bypass it. This was an excellent experience.

The Storm Smart employee came on the appointed time and performed an excellent analysis of the problems with our jammed storm shutter. He knew how to correct the problem and serviced the unit for future smooth operation. The service was very professional and done at a reasonable cost.

The workman was neat and tidy. We liked the product and the installation took about 2 days.

7 years ago we had a specific hurricane shutters installed from them. We called them back out again, a couple years later, and they said they had a new system, so we switched the whole system over to that within a week. We them called them for a third time and they gave us a huge quote to have a new system installed since we were 3rd time customers. We donated the old screens and they gave us full credit for that. One motor was making some noise and they were out the next day to fix that. I wished I could give them an A+. The system we have now is all motorized by remote. We can pick and choose which sections we want to close and or open. It is in a large area, it goes across our large lanai.

It took them about a week. It was a huge job and they replaced all of our windows. They replaced them with hurricane windows. Everything is holding up really well and we are very happy. Their pricing was fine too.

I used the roll down daily, to keep the sun out and the quality of the product is holding up. The installation was right on schedule. We have used them after that; they installed motors for some of the roll downs.

Top notch service from beginning to end. Sales rep (Dewey) was a gentleman. Very knowledgable and on time with quotes and measurements, HOA inspection and permit pulling. Installation was a 2-day job performed by one installer: highly professional, great skills and a quality installation, clean and friendly. Entire experience with Storm Smart was A+. They met every scheduled date and deadline and at no additional cost. We couldn't be happier with our new electronic roll down screens and would highly recommend Storm Smart to anyone interested in this type of product / service.

We were very pleased with the service. We had an odd sized opening, so we only had a small selection to choose from. The installation took about 2 days. They were very professional and did what they said they would do.

They were very large and there were 2 of them. They are across our lanai and they are a type of canvas. It took them one day to do the installation and they did a good job. We were quite pleased.

I feel secure if we have a storm. They did a great job and the installation took about 2 days. I called them to take down a door due to putting in a patio and they were really good about that.

One, they have an awesome product. Two, they do what they said they are going to do and when they are going to do it. About 6 months ago they installed shutters on the whole house at my second house.

Very professional, right on time, the person that introduced the product was extremely knowledgeable and didn't just try to sell me something. He spent time sufficient time explaining everything and his recommendations. He was here for a couple hours compared to the last few companies half hour presentation. He was also able to get me the price on the spot the other companies had to get back to me.
