Description of Work: They built the storm shutters that another contractor is installing in TN. There is no one in TN that builds these. Tiffany, Chris and team went way beyond to make the experience great including loading my trailer and meeting me at 6:00 AM to pick it up. I think it was a very fair price for it as well.

 + -1 moreIt starts by the owner Tiffany coming out and giving you an estimate. You agree on a price and she gets things ordered and sets up a installation date. She was right on track with our price for the complete installation. She also was right on track for the installation date and they even started the job early because of finish up on the previous job ahead of scheldue. They installed all new hurricane impact windows in our home along with a new hurricane impact front door. The employees she has working for her from her office staff to her installers are great. They do everything they can to make the job go as smoothly as possible and if their are any problems along the way (every job has them) they get it taken care of to your satisfaction. Her estimate is right on target unless you make any changes along the way and if you do she tells you exactly what the change will cost. My husband and I can't say enough good about this company. This is an A+ company in our book
Description of Work: We had hurricane impact windows installed in our entire house as well as a hurricane impact front door installed. This is our second time using this company. The year before we had them install roll down shutters in our lanai for 11,000.00.
