Knowing that his company charged a minimum of $150 for the first hour and that he finished the initial repair in less than 20 minutes, he offered to lubricate and the shutters in the remaining hour's time. That was above and beyond.

I had difficulty finding anyone to help me repair my shutter and he went above and beyond to get it repaired for me in a timely manner. The work was excellent and he was professional and explained everything so I knew exactly what the issue was and how to get it fixed. He fixed it and did excellent work. I am very happy.

Our 7 year old accordian-style storm shutters needed maintenance. Jonathan came right away, and showed my husband how to take care of them himself.
